Cellcard is a leading telecommunications company in Cambodia operating since the year 1997. The brand formerly called Mobitel was a joint venture with Millicom International Cellular. Today, part of CamGSM Co Ltd, Cellcard offers a range of mobile and data services, and caters to more than 3 million subscribers.
