Caseable is a company that allows to customize cases for laptops, e-readers, tablets, iPads, Kindles and smartphones. Founded in 2010, the German company has two production sites, one in Berlin and the other in Brooklyn. Caseable manufactures cases for Acer, Apple, Amazon Kindle, ASUS, BlackBerry, Dell, HP, Google Nexus, HP, HTC, Microsoft, Nokia, Motorola and Samsung.
Customers can use the online design tool to create their own case by uploading a logo or picture of their choice. They can even include a text or quote. I want my case! I ordered it on September 18 and keep getting the run around. The order number is 100000014991. It is under the name of Cody Smith. Now my phone calls are not being answered or returned. I have contacted QVC and they are turning all of the cases people have been screwed out of over to their supervisor. And I have been emailing Danielle Ali from your company only to be ignored. I will be contacting the BBB to report this also!

I received the wrong case. I received one with 3 children on front. I love the cases but this not the one I ordered. It’s a personalized one.
I selected and case and put it in the cart. After I filled out all the necessary fields, I added the voucher number that was sent to me from QVC. After that, I checked that I agreed with the Terms and Conditions. However, when I hit “buy”, the website apparently froze. It would not complete the transaction. The computer is otherwise working, so I KNOW it’s not my computer. Please help me complete this transaction.
I ordered a tablet from HSN it included a free case. When I try to use the coupon code it automatically assigns my address to Canada. I live in the United States.

I ordered a Fire HD 10 from QVC which included a case from Caseable, there was a voucher with a coupon code. I went to your website on the voucher and orderd my case, then when I tried to use the coupon code it gave me a pop up that said it was not valid???? I would like to know why its not valid when the expiration date is Apr 30,2018. This was very inconvenient since I have spent most of the morning trying to figure out what went wrong including emailing QVC and chatting with them. they don’t seem to have any answers either.
I ordered a Fire HD 10″ Tablet w/Caseable from QVC on 12/3/17. I have been trying to get my free caseable on your website using the activation instructions and coupon code, but it won’t go through. It takes the coupon but when I hit BUY nothing happens. I have also tried calling your 855-912-7291 phone # and have sat on hold for over an hour and then the # hangs up on me stating that it is past their closing time, 6pm EST, when it is only 9:00 am EST.
I used the coupon code offered by QVC and it worked fine but after looking at the order I discovered my address was incorrect. For some reason the computer left out my state. I contacted customer service and I was sent another coupon code but low and behold the same thing happened again. Needless to say, I don’t have my case yet . I need to contact cs again but this is getting to be a bit much.
I’ve tried to order twice, each time it wants to ship to Canada. The United States is not an option, only Canada. How am I suppose to get my free case?
The following is an email I sent to the company regarding my personal experience with Caseable:
“Hi. The case did arrive two days after your response. It came via international mail and I was expecting it to be shipped from Brooklyn, so naturally there was some lag to be expected. It arrived neatly packaged and was in tip-top condition. There is an issue with the case, however. The custom graphic I submitted was reproduced very poorly on the case. It turned out blurry and washed out of color. I honestly believe a re-re using Windows Paint could have done a better job. Your quality control team (of which the company seems very proud) should all be fired and summarily replaced with trained pigeons or stoats. Caseable has created a new paradigm for customer care apathy. I am glad I received this case without additional cost to me because the alternative is utterly unthinkable. I am devising new and exciting ways to besmirch Caseable’s reputation, but if you continue to treat customers this callously I won’t have to do too much. I award you no points and may God have mercy on your company’s collective soul.

I had all kinds of trouble getting my case ordered. After help from Amazon and QVC got it done. Now two and a half weeks later no case tracking # is useless. I am going to report your company to the BBB and also QVC for not backing up their promise about the sale.
I purchased tab from QVC and placed by order for my tab cover. It has been more than 7to 10 days and I haven’t receive my tablet cover nor have I receive any follow up though email

I purchased the Amazon Fire from QVC then placed my order for the case on 12/17/17. I received an e-mail on the same day stating that my case was on its way. I still don’t have my case. After searching the on-line, since the website offered no way to make direct contact Google directed me to this page. QVC was unable to assist with contact info for this vendor…unbelievable! Does this company really exist? I called the above phone number and some guy’s recorded response who sounded like he had one too many drinks,say, “caseable” then I heard “no one is available to answer your call leave a message”
I received a card with my tablet that I ordered from QVC.it was for a free case.the card referenced the email address caseable.com/en/fire-hd-8. The wrong card was put in the box with my tablet witch is a fire HD 10.i had know idea the card was wrong so I ordered the wrong.when I realized what had happen I started right away trying to contact customer service.if they would have answered the phone this could have been solved right away.So what do I do now squeeze the size 10 into the size 8.??

My husband and myself received the fire 7 as gifts for Christmas and ordered our cases on Christmas Day and still have not received them. It is January 11,2018. I have called both Amazon and QVC and while, the customer service representatives were very nice and said they would report caseable they were not able to help me. I very much feel that if Amazon and QVC’s names are both on the fire 7 box that someone from one of these three companies should send us the two cases that we ordered. QVC stated that they mailed the caseable voucher with the Amazon Product but we still do not have our cases. My husband is ill and needs this case to watch his Netflix while taking Dialysis awaiting a kidney transplant 3 days a week 4 hours perday and has been going to the mailbox everyday since Christmas looking for his case. He does not have months to wait on this!!!
I ordered a caseable – Colorflash 3/Order #100000144166 on December 29th and received an e-mail informing me that my order had been received. To date, I have not yet received an e-mail concerning the status of the delivery nor the product.

I ordered the Amazon Fire 7 from QVC back in November 2017, received the vouchers for the cases, Got the 2/ 79.99 , ordered the free cases on Christmas Day, at the end it said please allow 10-12 days for delivery . As of yet 1/12/18 I still have not received my cases. Please look into this for me, very disappointed in this, although I do like my tablets, I am not at all happy about this in this situation. Ordered my cover a month ago. Bought the fire 10 on qvc. This is ridiculous having to wait this long….why offer these freebies if not going to fulfill the order. I don’t know why this would happen unless they’re coming from China.
Same thing happened to me too! First I was told by one person that it was shipped. Then I was told by another person that the first person had made a mistake and it hasn’t been produced yet and because of an overload at the factory in Brooklyn it might be produced in Belin! Received a new email today from the first person (who told me is was shipped) stating that my single color was not acceptable by the company and I would need to pick a new one!!!! This is beyond unacceptable!!!!

My son ordered his case Dec. 26th 2017. No e mail confirmation on delivery, no case delivered. I have tried to send an e mail to their support system with my emails returned stating the address was wrong. I tried costumer service but of course no answer. I guess I’ll phone QVC. Such a disappointment for my son who keeps asking me about his case.

This company is a JOKE! They charged me for cases I ordered with a gift card after requesting I input my information (I wasn’t sure if I had to pay the cost of shipping). I called and they immediately cancelled my order BUT HAVE NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY. Seems like this is a seriously poor business after reading all of the comments. I also received my cases as part of the free QVC promotion. I hope they never go with this company again. What a JOKE.
I have been trying to contact caseable since they sent me the wrong size case for my kindle fire 7 sent me a 5 inch I have been trying to get a hold of them for 3 months they have not responded. Today I finally talk to someone and she says my phone is cutting in and out so I said ok can you call me back she says ok I said here is my number 3 times I said you need my number and she says I have your number and hangs up on me. Guess what she has n ot called me back. I called for 20 minutes straight and guess what it goes to voice mail.

I ordered my case after Christmas and it took about a month from the time I ordered it to be delivered. I have had my case for about 3months and the case has literally feel apart. First the magnet holder, then each one of the corners have fell apart I now have a case that can not hold my tablet without falling out, there is nothing to hold my tablet inside the case. I got this from ordering from QVC with a voucher. I hope QVC realises what a scrappy company this is and shotty craftsmanship their cases are. Never again will order from this company and if receive a free voucher again I will shred it or burn it.

I contacted Caseable via email and received a reply that my order had shipped and that I should receive the case 7 – 10 days from the shipping date. That date was 11 days ago, still no case.
I got my case around Christmas when it was in QVC and a few months later it started falling apart, I have babied this thing and it STILL broke apart, it won’t even hold my tablet anymore, it falls out. I will never get another one, and would not recommend.
