I want to register a complaint but no one is attending my phone for last many hours. I forgot my cell phone of Samsung Galaxy J7 today in Careem’s car and want to recover that back.
I also want to lodged a complaint against the pilot named Muhammad Umar Afzal his vehicle was silver color Mistubishi EK Wagon number BDE-662. That was 7th September’s incident at 2107 hrs. I had booked the Careem to go back home from my office but the captain before reaching my destination called me and asked where will you want to go what would be your drop off location. I told him first you come to my desired pick-up location than I will let you know but he keep insisting and his way of asking become more and more insulting. After 15-20 minutes I got the message that pilot had cancelled the ride and 109 rupees penalty has been imposed on me. Now tell me did I cancelled the ride? I was waiting the pilot at my office and he did not show up. Now a days this is very common at night time that pilot only pick those rides which are beneficial to them like the customer livers near his house so he picked that one other wise very rudely talk to them and cancelled the ride. I just want to Careem management that take a strict action against the pilot and secondly please pick the customer care phone service no body pick the phone I tried several days but no use. If this will remain same Careem will definitely lose its reputation. Do think about that and nip the evil in the bud.

Careem started as a good service in Pakistan , providing a good alternate to travel . Over a period of time and with expansion – which can be translated as popularity , some signs indicate that all is not well . Two comments on this page complain of lack of response , not a healthy sign for any business. I have the following suggestions for your consideration :-
1. Do not make it a free for all affair , let there be stringent checks for people joining with their cars. Vehicle fitness , drivers’ health , adherence to traffic rules , background , behaviour etc. This is not exhaustive list.
2. Drivers plan their runs according to their convenience , nothing objectionable but not at the cost of the customer. If a driver has to go from point A to B and picks up a passenger enroute . The driver’s schedule should not turn into a hair raising experience for the passengers.
3 . Drivers be instructed to follow the shortest route, not as per their choice.
4.There have been instances of over charging , must be taken very seriously. Nobody has the time or energy to get involved in an argument or a refund procedure.
5. Women travelling alone must be treated with utmost respect. Rude drivers must be let off immediately , there is no dearth of replacements.
6. Cars turn up running on CNG – weak pulling on city roads , cylinders not allowed on public transport , ACs not working etc , leaving little choice – cancel the ride – unpleasant, travel , unpleasant!
6. All would be drivers be put through a short orientation making them aware of the mechanics , company policy , it’s not a free ride after all!
7. Monitoring , response and responsibility are important factors – the company must never lose sight of them.
I could carry on but this is enough , I guess.

I have been trying to buy Careem credits since half an hour but no car is showing up to take the cash. If you have discontinued that service, then please inform your customers because there are like 10 cars appearing on my application but your buy credits portal says “Careem not found.”
What other way is there? I’ve tried calling on your helpine but I’ve only had to wait for 15 minutes each without any contact in the end.

I’ve been on hold since the past five minutes on call but there hasn’t been any luck.
Last night I took a Go Careem from Ocean Mall to IBA, Main Campus. I had 71 rps credit in my account and used the 50% credit back promo code. When I reached my destination, the captain’s device stopped working and the trip amount just wouldn’t show. I waited for him in the car for 20 minutes before handing him a 500 rps note to fill just put in my account since it was more than the bill. The captain called me after half an hour and told me that the ride has restarted and when he has clicked end ride, the trip total was 37. He didn’t feed the 500 in my account because he did not know what to do now.
Kindly get in touch with your captain. I had a valid promo code and credit. The extra amount should have been in my Careem wallet but there is nothing. Please get back to me soon/

This is regarding a problem i faced with Careem today. I had to go to the Hospital , had an appointment for my mother-in-law and called careem.They arranged a driver Shabeer khan who didnt seem to be very educated, i kept calling him to give directions of my sector , but he kept saying thati am out of your house same number but probably some other sector and at the last moment cancelled my booking and i missed my appointment till tuesday now.
After that i kept calling careem the whole day but it said”welcome to careem ” and then the music starts.
Please take some notice of this incident, hire educated/cooperative captains and please do attend calls as at times its emergency.
I have had very nice experience with careem and i do want to continue using it, so please cooperate.

Sharing an experience just had with Careem, found a really bad service. Billed above 1000 Rs for ride which is hardly under 500 Rs. Reason for over billing given by Captain is waiting in Traffic Jam.

Bad Karachi Customer Service. When no one has to attend the call then why give number on the website. I had few questions to ask about the monthly packages but my repeated efforts to establish contact on phone failed in spite of long wait times. No regard for customers I guess!!!
I asked for the manager’s number and the operators told me that they cannot provide the office or managers number. This is strange and shocking.
I registered myself to drive my own car with careem,went for trg,got my car certified from Pak wheels…but ADMA app inspite of allotting pin, kept on writing the same thing all the time enter your number correctly….Finally I went to careem centre chandni Chowk murre road…They again registered me …But once again ADMA does not open and to my utter surprise help line is as usual is offers no reply since last three days…There is no one to tame these people to conduct themselves honorably and with decency????
I dislike few things about Careem.
1. Although it is a facility that a customer can deposit his money with careem for future rides which in fact rests with one captain, however, this makes the next upcoming captain deprived of his due money. Let me examplify: Mr x took ride of 40$ and gave 100$ for deposit into his careem account. The captain added into it but kept that money i.e. more than he deserved. Next time Mr x used another careem car with another captain who, when asked for the dues, was given nothing in return by Mr x saying that he already used credited money of 60$ in his acount!What a glitch!
2. Many careeem drivers use fake rides to earn illegally just because of stricting financial policies day-by-day which is reducing the captain’s or the owner’s earning day by day. This needs be curbed by improving packages for the careem partners / captains / owners of the cars.

How can I add a car online to my ADMA ? I searched and tried a lot but didn’t find any way to upload the added car documents including the nacita car care approval letter…I’m also an UBER partner and I’ve added the car online in three hours right after uploading all its documents and I guess you’re not less than them and you’ve got a way to do it online but I don’t know it instead of going to your service center store located in my city which is ALEXANDRIA because it’s so unorganized ,so smelly without any air entrance for oxygen or either an air freshner, the employees are very impolite and there’s no waiting areas ..The other day I spent four hours to meet the employee for asking about something that concerns my account…
Please notify me about what shall I do because I sold the car on the ADMA and bought a new one that I want to add it …

Undoubtedly Careem services are great. Sadly our own people abuse it.
One of the driver i travelled with in Lahore overbilled me.
It was not that i was fooled. It was because he showed my his cell phone with Careem App and that showed the amount he charged me. Once i got down and got comfortable and had a look on my Cell on Careem App, it was showing different amount.
I sent email to Careem, but it has been 2 weeks, no response.
I request to punish such drivers (Cancel their permit) or something so that people continue their blind faith in Careem the way it should be.
Today, 19/2/2017 – at 11.28 I booked a trip to Agami area in Alexandria, and after the conclusion I evaluated it with four stars, and was surprised by a subsequent communication from the captain tells me that the customer service company contacted him on the grounds that my assessment of the trip one star, Evaluation error.
Other than that I have paid 15 pounds as deposit in the account and did not enter the amount with a balance, I hope to calculate the assessment of four stars, and the search not to enter the balance paid to the province after the end of the trip

Today I booked a ride with Careem Captain (03102793330) at Honda Qauideen Karachi. The Captain did not move for about 5 minutes. Once I called, he said he will take 15-20 minutes more and better i should cancel the ride. Accordingly I had to cancel the ride.
I booked again the ride and a very nice careem captain Mr Syed Kamran (03112058485)reached within five minutes.
Once paying I was told to pay extra Rs 250 as cancellation of previous ride.
This is unfair as ride had to be cancelled due to Captain not willing to come.
Please refund/credit the undue cancellation charges
I took a bike Ride. Driver ended the ride in middle of nowhere because, he does not wanted to go at my destination and was very rude and abusive for no reason.
Such stupid idiot illiterate drivers needs to be terminated ASAP else this will cause serious problems in the society.
I have been charged Rs. 285 for a 9 KM ride on Careem bike from Devis road Lahore to Firdous Market, Lahore. How this can be justified. I can also complete details of the captain as well as my history of the rides, where I have been charged Rs. 70-80 normally.
When a Captain reached hie drop location but customer want to go any other side and do not want to end the ride. In this situation captain receive new ride call. If captain did’t accept the call his rating will go down. So there should be an option for captain, he is available or not.
I get my first ride today and the driver inform that the ride is cancelled due to company connection problem and get me to my destination with 1.5 extra fees and without any prove for the payment and without any receipt

In 3 years, in Cairo, I could see Careem services lowering in quality.
Security : drivers driving while talking at phone or chatting on whatsapp, so, not watching the road.
Directions : majority of drivers do not know well the city, they take ages to find you, and then need to be directed to find the place to go.
GPS : not working very well because of the internet low speed in Egypt. not so accurate in a city where shorts cuts are much needed. If drivers had the experience of the city, the GPS would not be needed anyways.
Cars shapes : all very clean in the beginning, this is also decreasing. And AC does not always work.
Bill : Most of the time, drivers do not have change. So it becomes automatic to put money on Careem wallet.
Cancelation : While drivers have a hard time to find their clients location, too often, we have to cancel, but the customer pay ! Lots of money is lost for the client on legitimate cancellations !
Recently, drivers starts also, to act like they wanna choose if they want to drive you somewhere far or not. In the end, it becomes hard to find an available driver in certain areas at certain times.
But the biggest issue to me, is the safety. How come , such an organized and popular worldwide service, tolerate working with drivers driving in a dangerous way !!
Side note : some drivers driving in a dangerous way have a very good rating !! Surprising !!

I want to register a complaint against the Captain named Sajid Mehmood Mughal his vehicle was white color suzuki wagonR number 491. I booked ride today on 4th September 2018 in morning for office. His behavior was annoying and rude. First i called him to inform that my locations always shows street 6 please ignore it and enter in street 5 he has not followed and enter in street 9 then street 7 and he behave badly on call after reaching on correct street he refuse to enter in it. while travelling he continuously saying your location was not right, i don’t like to go from service road i always use highway, its up to captain to choose the route you have no right to say from where to go, i will block you etc. It was worst ride of my life. I am regular customer using careen for office in the morning on daily basis and can’t afford to start my day with such annoying behavior. Please look into it and take action.

Careem service is getting worse day by day. They charged you more than estimated on app. I think its time to move to alternates. They share fake promo codes.

Today, I have used Careem from Kinnari Bazaar to Paragon city, We said to deduct the money from our wallet. The balance was approximately 600 in our wallet. The captain said give the payment on cash. I have written 2 emails previously. This is highly shameful that captains are over charging and stealing money from customer wallet by making wrong entries. Careem customer service has shut down their numbers and are not responding to emails. i hope to hear from you people soon to resolve my matter.
I was distressed to receive a whatsapp message from my Careem Captain who drove me around Karachi for most part of the day that Careem not only refused to pay him for this ride plus the tip, but fined him an additional PKR 4500 on the pretext that this was a fake ride!!! Is this what happens in Pakistan with Careem network? The guy is a poor driver andhe is now out of pocket more than PKR 7500, a huge sum for him. I am disgusted in my stomach from knowing this. For three weeks, I have been sending emails to the Careem Customer Service in Dubai but not a single acknowledgment. The driver has made repeated trips to Careem Office in Karachi but each time was shunned away. SHAME ON YOU, CAREEM! You kept my money and are not paying the deserving driver!!! My trip with White Mehran LZF-9791 was very bad due to following reasons:
1. Driver was very non professional. I booked ride from LAAL PUL TO Railway Station Lahore and was standing on Exact side of bank canal. But driver forced me to come on other side which was wrong side.
2. I was forced to take risk of crossing two high traffic roads of bank canal and canal railway track. It was really dangerous.
3. When I reached to car, driver took me and drived about 4KMs vide U turn and passed exactly from same point where I was initially standing.
4. Driver had bad intention of including U Turn 4KMs to my drive. Otherwise he would came at point i requested.
5. Car was in very pathetic and dangerous condition. Damaged Doors etc.
6. Fare was Rs.270 but driver collected Rs.300 from me and said that he will transfer remaining Rs.30 to my account.
7. No amount was transferred to my account later on.
Such drivers with pathetic Behaviour, cheating and damaged car…………Very Bad Experience—-Organized Cheating
I wish to comment on my journey with Careem on Thu/14 Feb, 2019 as I did not get the rating form after completion of the journey.
The car was not in good condition, with seat cushion and covers worn out.
There was fuel smell in the car, indicating some fuel leakage – which is a safety hazard.
Whenever the driver applied brakes, there was loud noise coming from the wheels indicating worn out brake pads.
Such poorly maintained cars should not be on the car pool and removed else the owner be advised to improve it.
Overall a poor reflection of Careem.

I have also saved the screen short of the fair but the captain charged Rs. 233 excess. Please look into the matter and refund me back my excess amount. Waiting for your positive response.

I requested careem service from airport to hotel. By mistake I touched screen and they charged me 71dirhams . I’m not happy for that. I tried to contact the driver by message but no answer. Moreover I didn’t receive receipt.
I need receipt for that cost to provide it to my company anyway.
