  1. I ordered 2 photos one on acryl and one on metal and can not do anything with them. Attached to the photos is a large white space on the top and bottom of each photo like someone forgot to cut it off. what the hell am I going to do with that? How do I remove it? I ordered another photo of my granddaughter and never received it at all.

    I received a picture of my two youngest kids to give to their grandmother and when l received l wasn’t satisfied.My Son’s head was chopped off and that was poor customer service,you guys really dropped the ball.l can’t believe no one noticed it.I had to pay another 8 dollars to ship the picture back,would Love to get the job done again and also get reimbursed on my card for having to send picture back.I would Love to have my picture back ASAP!!!!!

    I recieved a picture today from you, I have no idea who the people are in the photo. My order no is
    USA99901114360, I ordered a picture of my granddaughter and her husband, and it was on the order form
    but this picture is not mine. I ordered another today, no discount,from you, although it said I had one coming.

    I ordered three sets of 56 mugs with 3 photographs. I got two mugs with no photos. Please help. Also, the special price advertised on the web page was not given – these are time sensitive gifts – please help me get this right.
