I have been buying Braun epilators for the past 10 years, and every 2 years they break down and the head does not move. I do not use them excessively, every 2 weeks during the summer and once a month in winter. The motor is working, but the head stops working on the Tweezers section. This is the same thing every time. I have now had 5 of them, the latest being a Silk-Epil 9 Flex. There appears to be no way of fixing it, as it is a sealed unit, with no visible method of opening it to see if it is blocked with hairs. And if it is blocked with hairs, then surely the design can be improved to stop this happening. It is now a very expensive product to only last 2 years, retailing currently 227,00€ on Amazon, which I find not very good value for money. My latest one stopped working at the weekend, and I now find myself having to purchase a new one, but at this price I am looking at other makes and models to try and get better value for money. Before I do move to a new brand, can you suggest how I might fix this problem, unfortunately after 2 years I have no longer kept the receipt. Your advice would be very welcome. I have had the worst experience with both the authorised service centres in Delhi. In the name of replacement, I have been provided a scratched product. The worst part of the experience was the extremely rude disrespectful and unprofessional behaviour of the authorised centre owner.
I have bought no less than 5 Braun Oral B battery operated toothbrushes in the last 3 years and all of them have broken on exactly the same place. When you try to replace the batteries it is a nightmare. It is so difficult to open it and then when you replace the batteries you cannot get the cap to close easily as it does not clip on the inside without cracking. Tonight the 5th one cracked and I am highly disappointed. There must be a better manufacturing way to get rid of this problem. Please look into this as I am not buying another one or any other Braun product untill this is resolved.
Extremely disappointing quality and service. Expected much more from Braun!! Bought the hand blender and only used it over 3-4 months before it stopped working and would not even turn on. Thought that it would be covered by the 1 year warranty but the service centre in Singapore refused to honour it saying the seller was not authorised. Seriously? You expect your customers to check this before buying?? Most puzzling as it is a Braun service centre and i purchased a Braun product. Didn’t you guys make it?? Where’s the responsibility?? Disgraceful.. I’ll never buy a Braun product again!!
I ordered a face and head trimming kit from Amazon and the product I received is defected. I tried using it for a couple of days and it doesn’t work. Amazon doesn’t return it back as I bought it more than 10 days ago and was traveling before I could check it was defective. Please help and replace my product. It is just 19 days old with me.
My latest Braun shaver was a 3040s bought on 25.9.2017. Two months ago I saw fissures on one sensofoil, which quickly spread to the other one and ended in 4 big holes at both ends, cutting instead of protecting my skin as I shave. The machine came with a 2-year ‘Guarantee’ beginning on the date of purchase, but the authorised Braun Customer Service Centre for Hong Kong said that consumables are not in the warranty (a statement I cannot found in the Manual), that I had to pay a cost equivalent to 77% of the cost of a new machine.
Hi, I purchased Braun Multiquick 5 Type 3 202 K700 321.
Now machine motor is turning but bladed are not turning. which means plastic spindle splines are worn out. Kindly advise where can I purchase spare. I have photos but unable to attach here.

I have now owned 2 x Braun 340s shavers and they have both now failed after 1 and a half years.
I have found that both the shavers I have owned have had water ingress into the electronic control board and therefore the shaver has failed due to this water being found inside.
These shavers were and still are marketed as waterproof and is not a true statement. I purchased the second shaver from Changi Airport Singapore March 2017 as I currently live in Ho Chi Minh City. I am English and are well aquainted with electronic products.
I wanted to ask you for your comments regarding this problem… also the item was made in Germany not like the other Braun 340s that was stated to me was built in China.. I purchased the German built item. Unfortunately when I dismantled the shaver I found 2 screws that had been omitted on the build as was the case with the first shaver I purchased. I am reluctant to now purchase a futher Braun shaver as I feel I will be purchasing another shaver after another 1 and a half years??
Please could I have your professional comments as to why 2 shaver built in Germany and were supposed to be waterproof have failed in such a short time after water inside them?

It is the worst company l have ever seen.I bought a toothbrush and it came with a lot of scratches on accessories,but they said that it is normal.
My Braun series nine electric razor was making strange noises, so I visited the branch in Dubai to try and fix the problem. The razor I have had for 8 months and was told the razor head needed replacing. I bought the razor through souq.uae who insist it needed to be taken to Braun service center Dubai. The razor was expensive and worked well to begin with, but after 8 months the razor head should not need replacing. I was informed that the replacement would be 265 dirhams of which made me slightly unhappy, considering the price of the razor. Please respond.

The Braun age precision thermometer is rubbish. It never works properly always gives drastically different readings. Cannot trust this thermometer. Someone bought me this one in replace of my other normal thermometer which they lost and its the worst thing ever. Also flashes error all the time after taking a temperature and my toddler has to stay dead still which is impossible otherwise it flashes error. Every time I use it I just want to snap it in half.
How do you complain about your agents in Saudi Arabia who have rude and pathetic customer service. Moose Kutty one of the responsible was so bloody rude and misbehave with me.
Second you product TS 745 has a manufacturing defect. Who do I complain about this ?
I purchased a Braun Minipimer 305 in Roches Stores in Limerick Ireland In 1970/1971. Yes the date is correct as I still have the original box with the price stamp on it. It cost £12.95.
Yesterday, after almost daily use, it finally gave up. I just want to say I hope the new one I bought will last half as long.
What a fantastic machine.
Electric toothbrushes are good. My teeth appreciate them. However, I feel uncomfortable with the amount of plastic used in the toothbrush itself, and all its packaging. Has the company considered making the throw-away toothbrush heads from an alternative, biodegradable material? And the bristles too? Given the heads have such a short life, surely this would be the way to go?

I have a Braun IRT3020, that we have had for a couple of years, and now everytime we use it the thermometer will read between 56-61 degrees. Is there a way to calibrate to make it work correctly again?

I would like to file a complaint since I purchased a Braun Skil Epil 9 epilator in Argentina and being in warranty I take it to the official technical service on 02/01/17 and these in turn derive the spare order to the company NEW SAN S.A. on the day 02/02/17 under work order N° 1969280 and under case number 591322 being today 03/29/17 I have no answer therefore I asked for a replacement of the equipment and I have not had any response. I hope you can mediate a resolution to the case. thank you very much.
I’ve been a long-time Braun products user. A few years ago my well loved Braun food processor died. I immediately went out to get a new one. Much to my surprise, the new food processor wasn’t anywhere near as well made as the old one. The chopping disks are not made of one piece which makes it more difficult to assemble and clean and the plastic of the main chopping blade looks like it is going to break!
