BoxyCharm is a monthly beauty box subscription service founded in 2013 and operating from its headquarters at Florida, US. Subscribers get 4-5 full size cosmetic products in a box. Featured brands include Tula Skincare, Tarte, Adesse New York and Girlactik. BoxyCharm offers monthly, half yearly and annual subscription plans. The prices get cheaper for yearly subscription boxes. My boxycharm says delivered at mailbox but I didnt get it. I was home all day watching the mailbox from the window. It was never delivered. The money was taken and I received nothing. I tried talking to the glambot on boxy but it just says they referred to someone in customer service. I paid 2/28/23 it said delivered 3/18/23 but it was not received. Ive been a member for years and took a break, this is the first box I ordered in a year. Looks like I may delete my account I dont have money to just throw away. Very disappointed!
I am very disappointed with my January box .This item I recieved were of very poor quality .There was no note listing the products .Box was very small with items that were really inferior .
Yes! Very disappointed, I have tried to cancel my subscription for 3 consecutive months and they keep charging me and sending the boxes, we are NOT able to reach customer service.
I am super disappointed. I had just started my monthly subscription and my first box was shown as delivered but I never got it. They were great at first and told me they would send me a replacement. That was a month ago. I have tried for a couple weeks to get ahold of someone to figure out why they won’t send it to me and they just never reply. I canceled my subscription. So I’m out money and product. This company is no good.
I need a way to correct corporate as boxycharm refuses to respond. At all. I’ve been messaging for a week to not one single reply about an order I replaced and incurred of the 2 items I ordered a whole separate ONE item was sent. They refuse to reply which leads me to believe that this was probably no accident. I now doubt someone else got my order and I got theirs and that this was done on purpose. I am filling for a refund from my bank and canceling but why do this.
Did you ever find a phone number? I’m having issues as well. They won’t respond to my emails and I’ve placed I don’t know how many “tickets”. I can’t find a phone number.
I also have this problem and I’m so aggravated with Boxycharm I’m thinking of canceling my subscription. No matter what I ask it always goes back to a virtual assistant. Its ridiculous that they handle their customers this way. Not everything issue can be addressed with a virtual Robot so its real simple to connect their costumers to a real person but instead they give you no other choice so I guess if your issues and questions aren’t resolved by the virtual assistant then your just stuck and don’t get anywhere. I personally am upset that this is their idea of customer service having said that I still have no answers for my question. Horrible customer service and to me shows a lot about the Company. Is this just a way to not have to deal with customers? They need to answer that question and make some changes.
Very unfortunate I have to leave a message here but I am desperate. I have been trying to get ahold of boxy charm because it states my box has been delivered. It is connected to another parcel that has been delivered I have desperately been messaging and trying to get an answer from boxy charm and only being ignored, very unfortunate because I like their boxes.
I paid for my Boxy charm box for February 2022 and never received it. It showed at one point it was out for delivery and then I got another message later that there was a problem with delivery and that was the end of that. No more messages and never got it.
Boxy charm is refusing to refund my money or replace my lost boxes that were lost in the mail. I haven’t received any boxes for 3 months. The tracking codes even show as proof that they were never delivered.
I am beyond pissed with this company that offers below standard customer service!!
I won’t go into details, but I 1st contacted them on Jan. 25, and here I am, almost one month later, and no one has helped me with my account issues!! The 888 number they provide, points you back to the “robotchat”. The other number 3057053752, doesn’t even ring, just disconnects!!!
This feels like a scam. I have had two of them stolen from me and the robot tells me “If it’s been scanned and delivered then it was left at your door”. I laughed because I am a mailman for the USPS! I know how it works! I can’t get a hold of anyone live. Sent an email, but we will see. I also feel like the products I get are trash. I can’t even give them away to my friends. I wasted money. They don’t even make it easy to cancel. Done with this. Khloe Kardashian get the good ones lol.

Very disappointed in Boxyluxe this month and I happily canceled it! I only got one makeup item which was the Nars blush! The rest is skincare! I haven’t received an eyeshadow palette in 3 months in my base box! My beauty profile clearly shows that my number one used makeup item is eyeshadow!! I also chose less skincare/more makeup on my beauty profile! Y’all used to send awesome makeup items with eyeshadow palettes!! I haven’t gotten one in 3 months!! $50 is a lot of money to spend on things I’m NOT gonna use!!
I am so disappointed in your add ons dept. I love the boxes, y’all are great with those but you need to work on the additional orders that are add ons. Listen I work for a competitor and though our subscription boxes aren’t up to boxycharm level our orders are always prompt. I submitted my add ons order on May 20th and I’m still waiting, which is inconvenient as I am about to leave the country for 2 months and would love to receive my order ASAP to have on my journey, that is why I selected and paid for them in advance. In closing, there is so much competition now that we cannot let customer service suffer.
You guys have no number to contact for lost orders. I called fedex and they said to contact you, but you have no numbers, and if you do you guys don’t pick up the phone. On my Boxy charm account it was my order was delivered on Sunday, it is now Thursday and I’m still yet to find it. I was a refund or a explanation because it has been hell finding some way to contact you all.
I spent $76 on a payment back in February, the money was withdrawn immediately and it’s now two months later and I still have not received my order. The order summary still only says order received and has not been shipped nor have I gotten any emails about it.
Hello, to whom it concerns I’m writing to you because I’m a new customer and I received my March box and was extremely disappointed with the items and their poor quality. I saw the other items you guys gave other customers and everything was different and way better quality and better brand items than mine. I believe Boxycharm should do a better job on sending items based on the QUIZ we supposedly take in order for Boxycharm to know what we like and what matches our skin color and of course for us to have items related to our person, our taste and etc. Everything that was sent to me has nothing to do with the QUIZ I took and or colors or even things for example eyeshadows I don’t use.
I ordered some things from the February pop-up shop and never received them, they gave me a fedex tracking number and when you click for tracking information all you get is a “pending” delivery date. They took the money out of my bank account but aren’t helpful in getting me my actual items. It’s been over a month since my order was place and it’s getting ridiculous
I have ordered boxycharm back 1st of March they took out my money for my payment they have told me over and over and over that my package is on its way I’ve tracked it it’s been in Nashville for 3 days and they keep telling me that it’s on my way very unsatisfied thinking about canceling my subscription to hit I think they are a hoax they let some people have it and some people don’t get their boxes this is very a very poor business on their part and I’m very unsatisfied

I signed up for the subscription in January first week. I didn’t receive any email. Money was taken for Jan and feb both.Didn’t receive any email and when I try to login it doesn’t accept my login info. I can’t even reset the password. So fuckin annoying. I regret to subscribe for boxy charm. Because I can’t login, I couldn’t even choose for feb. Sent 100’s of emails and messages through the boxy virtual help. No one bothered to reach out to me. Is this how you work. Is this your customer service. If yes then it really sucks. Trust me. I am never going to recommend this subscription to anyone ever. I am going to report fraud as its a scam. I was charged twice and didn’t even receive anything so far. Its been more than a month now
Not too happy right now, received my boxycharm yesterday….it took forever to get here and the box was trashed….soaking wet!!! A glass bottle of toner was broken and ruined the whole box, and I can’t seem to get in touch with anyone from customer service!!!! Tried e-mailing, but they don’t send out says my info is wrong when putting [email protected], and have tried calling the phone number(which is long distance as I’m in Canada) and no answers!!! Guess I will be canceling my subscription!!!!! If you don’t have good customer service, then you shouldn’t have my business!!!! Period!!! And I’m not usually one to even complain ever.
I accidently pushed order instead of clicking off the page. Within 30 seconds I cancelled this realizing what I did. Within those 30 they took $279 out of my account. And I cant reach anyone to fix this. And the bot they say helps you doesnt. There are no numbers to speak with an actual person. I’m livid. This is an awful way to do business. Now I’m out almost $300 and a cancelled subscription. I NEVER have dealt with something so insane with a company. Disgusted.
So I ordered a box using PayPal. When I put the payment through, the website said that it failed and asked me to put my information in again. It went through the second time, but when I went to check my order, turns out it did go through the first time. I checked my bank account and found that Boxycharm charged me three times. I try to talk to the boxybot, since that’s apparently the only way to contact customer service, & it’s no help at all! Or boxybot tells me that they can’t give me a refund for the second box. It’s not my problem that your website glitched! Why would I order two boxes for myself!?!? & when I tried to contact corporate, nobody answers! I only want one box. Cancel the second one and give me a refund! If I don’t get a refund for that second box, just cancel my whole subscription! It’s ridiculous that there’s no way to contact somebody!

Hello they never ever, answer to nobody . You call there customer service number. And you don’t even get a dual tone . Then the call drops. Nor get a phone rep . How terrible customer service.
I’ve been trying to reach boxycharm over missing items in my add on order but they make it really hard to get customer service support. I tried the email and number listed above and they do not work. I dont have social media so I cant contact them there. Their automated bot service chat is very generic and it doesn’t allow me to type a question. Is there any other email I can contact them on? I really like this subscription box but their customer service is terrible & that may be the reason I end up canceling all my boxes with them.
I have been charged over $1,100 by Boxycharm since July 1. I need to talk to a representative please. I have made phone calls, emails and hunted the sites but to no avail. This is ridiculous. Bad business.
