I obviously can’t cancel the order through the usual method of returning the books, because as it stands now I will most certainly not receive them. You guys should really implement an immediate cancellation option!
My comment is: Are you asking for the info. I have already given you? I do not have a website. I just want to know if the book I sent to 13 Mansell Road was actually despatched?

As mentioned in the last email, my book ordered as details down below has not arrived. It has been more than 10 business days now since it has been dispatched from Australia (with the promised 5 business days) and I receive no explanation whatsoever and I am starting to concern if this is a fraud. Please reply me as soon as possible.
