  1. Im a customer for Bershka ? I bought a women’s suit, and when I measured it at home, it was found that there was a sewing cut in the pants that was not visible in the middle, so I returned it directly to the branch, but they refused to return the item and dealt with us in a bad way and in a manner not befitting any customer. I file a complaint, and I will not return to your store if this is how you deal with your customers

    I keep getting emails from Bershka, in Swedish. They seem to think I have ordered somethings that costs about 600 SEK. I do not live in Sweden and I have never ordered anything from Bershka. How can I stop these nuisance emails?

    Extremely disappointed with the service or rather the lack of it I have received from Bershka customer service.
    I placed an order but never received it, the status of the order remained unchanged for a week, it showed in transit but in another section it showed as delivered & despite contacting Bershka customer services on 4 separate occasions I never received a response.
    Nobody seems to be interested or willing to help & it’s not the easiest process to find any contact information. I don’t know what to do next & this order was supposed to be a Christmas present for my daughter.
    Will never use Bershka again in the future as this company is absolutely dreadful & clearly don’t care about their customers!

  4. I placed an order on 29 Nov. Received an email &text on 4 Dec to say it had arrived in store. Visited your dundrum store 7 Dec and was advised by staff that my order could not be found. I have emailed &called the customer care, and dundrum store but received no response. This is very disappointing behaviour for such a well established brand.


    Want to know EMAIL ID of Sales Department as want to take franchise in INDIA. Contact details not available on website. INDIA is a big and potential Market and was surprise that BERSKA having no presence.

    I ordered items on 23/1/19 and am having great trouble trying to return them. I want to drop-off return at a post office, however when I reach the ‘confirmation’ page of items I wish to return, it says ‘error occured’ and I am unable to proceed.

    Furthermore, I have been waiting for 15 minutes for somebody to respond on your online chat and there is still no response. I will not buy from Bershka again as the returns process is so difficult. It is a shame as I like your products but this process and difficulty has put me off.

    Please send me a free returns label ASAP.

    Hi there I sent in a comment a couple of weeks ago and have still not had a response. This was in regards to my recent order:

    When they arrived they had loose threads on the legs and a hole along the seam of one of the legs. I want to know where I can send in picture so I can arrange replacement pair. Please contact me back this time. I am really frustrated that nothing was done previously.
