I have been trying to get ahold of an ATT REPRESENATIVE in the United States for help in stopping the telemarketing calls from the EAST COAST and towns and cities just south of where I live. (I have your phone APP, I am Registered 2X on the National DNC site)—-and still get irritating calls.
CBS News did an article on the News last evening that stated that —-People are beginning to file lawsuites against these Telemarketing Co.
I have been an Customer of MA BELL or ATT since before I went to Vietnam —to fight a war. and it seems like ATT has let the infrastructure
fall apart. I have had 7 ATT Repair Technicians comeout to my house and fix the land line, but they say they can’t find the switch (in Town) that my land line goes through. SO: I have to use my IPhone for all my calls.
Recently; I have now started receiving Telemarketing Calls from all over the place, …..but can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone in the US to help me with this problem. Every phone call I make—goes to the Phillippines or Dubai or India.
What do I do next ??????? Change Telephone Providers ? Thank You.
Go to the national and state DO NOT CALL registries. I believe it can take 60 days to take effect after you have registered.
After that you can report callers that you do not have a previous relationship with and they can possible be fined.
