Right, pretty sure this ISN’T an Amazon run page so posting complaints here is of very little use. In regard to cancelling Prime Music, in the app you click on the arrow next to your name and select Manage my Subscriptions – the cancellation link is there.
To cancel Prime, including Prime TV, log in on the Amazon homepage and go to Your Account. Click on Prime (it’s on the blue box logo on the right). The new page will have the option to end your membership in blue letters on the left-hand side of the page, about half-way down.
If you struggle with getting refunds and cancellations, go to their Contact Us page and select chat help. You’ll be seen within a minute and can explain what’s going on. Be firm but polite – these are low paid workers trying to make ends meet, they’re not responsible for your problem. They MAY be able to fix it for you though. You’ll need to be logged in to your own account to use chat. Yes, they do refunds and cancellations, they were very helpful when I needed mine sorting.
Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you as this is probably my last resort, I have been charged twice so far for an Amazon Seller repay Account and Amazon Market Place, I really have tried everything to try and get a refund and cancel these accounts I didn’t even use, I have tried ringing emails but nothing as worked, I am getting charged for something I never even used and from my experience now will not use. It seems almost impossible to find out how to cancel.
Even when you think you have cancelled there is no confirmation so I am now left unsure if I still have this UNWANTED facility.
