    I didn’t know that this company was as bad as I’ve JUST read about. This info is good to know, because I just received 3 dresses from them and would like to return them because it’s NOT exactly what I had expected. So if it’s that hard to return items I guess I will just have to suck it up and know NOT to order anything else from them again. Thanks for the update. Wish I known before now, but better late than never.

    I finally received my order and would like to return three of the five items. It looks as though no one has been able to contact them or get their refund. I cant even get past putting in the capcha, it keeps telling me its wrong and ITS NOT
    Im trying to get the return label printed to return? But it looks like after reading these reviews, perhaps its better to take the loss then the hassel to send them back? But I will not order from here again

  3. This is ridiculous, they promised a free hassle no return policy and I can’t even get through to customer service. The 4 dresses that I ordered were poorly made, the fabric feels like paper, the pockets on the jacket are behind my hips and not large enough to put my keys. This has put me completely off to online shopping completely. So disgusted with Airy.

  4. I ordered 3 blouses in a size I usually wear. They were HUGE!! Now I want to return but they want me to pay a dolloar for a trial membership to talk about how to return!! I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering. I was thinking about returning just as I received them hoping they would refund my money. Well, after reading the previous comments, I think I will just keep the blouses and donate them. It will be a better choice. NEVER order online off of Facebook posts!! I NEVER will again!!

    The worst quality of products that could exist on the market. Very sloppy and poor customer service, they received my returned items and still did not refund my money as per their policy. Looks like a crooks company. Do not ever ever order from this company. They should not even be in business.

    • Ordered a sweatshirt couple months ago. Took about three weeks to receive. Worst material I ever saw. Nothing like the picture. Tried to return it. They replied and said they would get back to me. Never did. Tried to contact them by phone…No US number. Took me to Hong Kong??? Wasn’t able to return it. Scam scam scam. Clothes are nothing like picture. I’m so mad. I hope people read these reviews before you send money to this company. I am stuck with a piece of garbage.

    I placed an order 4 pair of short boots I received an email that they were shipped April 12th I have not received shipment have no way to contact them I will not order from this company again. For it is now spring time for sandals

  7. Your product is cheap. It came spotted with greasy black stains…..do not order from this company or airycloth….I could not wait for it to arrive. When it FINALLY did it was all stained from black plastic inside the package…DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

      My products came quickly, however someone had sliced into the pkg. So far I have been able to reach customer service. Hopefully things will still proceed smoothly

      • Would someone please tell me how to send items back ,can’t get in touch with them,the dresses recieved are as cheap looking as i have ever seen ,nothing like the picture I ordered from ,the shoes well what can l say only it must have been a rushed job to make them .l will not be ordering from them again ,l will be telling everyone not to order as well

    l ordered some clothes from them and it took them seven weeks to arrive, when l opened them when they did arrive l was knocked side ways by the quality of the items . The material was see through and made out off a cheap polyester thinner than my underskirts so therefore unwearable . There was no list of what l had ordered and no information of how to return the items .

  9. Do not buy! I have a order for $171. I need to return it. The specific order number is not under my name, so, I cannot find a way to return it. It is a circle on their website. No way to contact unless you have an order under your name.

      Have paid for a dress at the beginning of april.. According to the tracking information, it has been delivered but I have not received it, and the courier details are not available from the link provided. Customer service is NOT CONTACTABLE so I will have paid £10 for something which I never received. I may not have spent a fortune but I most certainly would advise anyone thinking of buying from this company NOT TO BOTHER.

      I have been waiting to hear from you with absolutely no response this is ridiculous but you had no problem taking my money and i can not get a response it seems as if I will have to report you to the Better Business Bureau yes i will take action I will never order anything else and I will advise everyone else to never order anything from your website a total ripoff is the best way to describe you and when you do receive your order is is nothing like what you thought you were getting again a total ripoff the best thing you can do at this point is refund my money that way we want have any more problems

  11. I never liked ordering anything online. But I took a chance. After three weeks of waiting for product. It was totally the wrong item. Wrong shoe, wrong size, wrong everything. And now they make it so hard to return. Warning never order anything from overseas. I should of read the comments first before ordering. What they advertised was totally different. And I lost my hard earned cash on trash. Don’t trust this company. ???

    Why is it so hard to get in touch with someone to get this return process started.
    Everything I ordered is the total opposite of what was on the website the material is cheap and the clothes do not look the same all I want to do is return it and get all my money back so now I’m just stuck with items I can’t wear or use because the process is so hard I will never order from this company again

    STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY received my order just before Easter. After measuring meticulously the blouses I received were totally the wrong size. They were cheap and badly MADE and so small. Trying to contact them to return is a joke. I read so called reviews on their website which were glowing. Wish I’d seen these ones before ordering. Will have write it off as my own silly fault for falling for the never ending promotions of their products. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

  15. I ordered 5 items on the 25th of March. Tracking states money received, order placed on the same date. However, to date none received. I paid for expedited shipping which they claim they use DHL and UPS therfore I should have my items by now. They also claimed they have warehouses as close as Canada so again, I should have received my items. I sent an email to them and gor a message that they would respond within 24 hours. Tried calling and the number is not operational. Called my bank this morning and filed a claim for the return of my money. I usually read reviews and check the BBB. Got caught up with the photos on their website. Please stay clear!!!

    • After receiving the two items I ordered and also checked the material. But when taking the jumper and top out of the bags. I am very disappointed in the material. I ordered them as they were supposed to be Cotton Not polyester. The colors are not true to what I ordered one is really translucent orange and the jumper instead of pink it looks like the color has been completely washed out . The prices well obviously this is why they are so cheap – man-made fabric polyester one top is so see through I would never wear it. They are both going to a charity!! Do not buy from this company.

  16. I am so glad I decided to look at reviews from this company before ordering. Last night I was about to purchase items from them however it didn’t sit right with me so I waited a few before considering going ahead with the order thankfully I had checked my email and they had sent me two messages one said order was received awaiting payment. Guess I didn’t respond in time the other said order canceled. So I decided to try to reorder today when I got to the point of re entering my credit card payment my instincts would let me do instead they told me to check google for reviews.. and to my surprise!!

  17. Loved the top and dress I ordered , But the size chart is no where near true sizes!!!! Which if they keep taking $7 for each item to be returned deducted from original cost you paid per item certainly you are on the losing end !!!!
    Not happy about that at all !!!! You tout easy return and it is ! Just you lose money in the deal!

  18. I placed an order for 3 sweaters the first of February of 2021. My credit card was charged for the amount of $69.97 on February 5. I have the reference number for an order on my credit order. I finally received 2 sweaters on March 2. The quality of the sweaters were terrible and very cheap looking. One Alphabet Christmas Hooded Sweatshirt was charged for but I never received it. I am very very disappointed but will never order from them again and hope my friends don’t either.

  19. I bought some dresses but when they arrived they were too big for me but to return them has now been a burden. The returns process is very awkward.
    I’ve been struggling for the past 3 days and has still not been able send send my order back

    • After reading these terrible reviews I wish I hadn’t ordered so many items.it has deliberately been difficult to contact airydress so you just give up. Trustpilot reviews are they fake. I need to contact airydress to ask why I was forced to pay postage when on inspecting I found it’s free. I paid between £3 to £5 and I have received several items in one package with no adjustment made. My blouses were sent out by ZCholdingh, Birmingham. All in all I’m not happy be very careful with this company, they need sorting out because at the moment they are looking very devious and reading customer comments committing a very nasty fake site whereby the clothes look great but cheap and sizing isn’t as described. I am still trying to contact airydress but so far no success. They owe me a refund for postage, on one order for 3 blouses, exactly the same, I got charged approx £3 ea they were delivered in one bag..what a scam! I’m a pensioner and paid in good faith to airydress I’m dreading any of the items to be delivered (when I don’t know) being the wrong size or cheap looking, as I fear returning them at my cost will be a nightmare. I can’t even contact them for a query!

  21. As everyone has said. I ordered two dresses which were nothing like their picture and then spent hours trying to contact them for a return address. It is nothing more than a scam – I feel cheated and stupid. Have decided the only way to salvage anything is to take the dresses to the charilty shop.

    • Their sizing is way out. I finally got their return address and a ticket number. Returned all items as instructed in original packaging with my name and email address. Sent them back at a cost of $8.95 on Feb 2 this year. Australia Post confirmed delivery to NSW on Feb 8. They received my stuff 3 weeks ago and still no exchange. Not happy. By the way I learned to look at the material. Most are polyester which is a man made material.

    • I just bought 3 clothes (2dresses and one top). They look NOTHING like the pictures shown. All these cloths without any tags showing what materials they were made of nor how to care for them. These are the strangest clothes I have EVER bought in my whole life!!! All the clothes I bought before they all have tags inside detailing the materials they made of and care instructions. These clothes I just brought from Airydress, honestly they have the most weird texture and I cannot even tell what materials they were made of; as soon as I take the out of the package, I am ready to return them. However, the next thing I discovered was— It said “free return” on first purchase— of course I was lied to. They charge $7.99 /piece!!!! How ridiculous !!!! Let me tell all the people who read my comments. They are scammers! They lie to you and I don’t even believe the pictures they put online were actually the same clothes they are selling!!! I’m giving them NEGATIVE 5 stars!!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

  22. Purchased 3 items, all horrendous fabrics nothing like the picture. And too small, and yet again no way of returning or to speak to anyone.

    • My wife is extremely disappointed with the two dresses received today. Quality is dreadful, material very strange. Have tried to return both dresses but their website makes it impossible to do so! Will never use this Company again.

  23. I have tried for weeks to return clothes and a purse. Clothes were cheap and looked nothing like the picture. The purse broke after a week. Terrible returning item. Never got return labels. Called them many times and no help. I feel I got ripped off. Never shop here again.

    DON’T USE AIRY!!!! Our order was R3292.93 ($226.00). Airy put all the wrong prices on the invoice that came with the goods. On average they put it at 10% of the actual value. Customs in South Africa stopped this parcel because of the LOW VALUE on the invoice. Now DHL is demanding that we pay another R3354.20 ($230.21) for the parcel to be released because AIRY’S INVOICE WAS WRONG. This will make our purchase MORE THAN DOUBLE what we agreed on when we paid online. The amount gets more every day because they now charge a storage fee at customs too. I have emailed Airy numerous times, I got no reply from them and DHL is threatening me to pay their bill.

    My aunt also bought from them, and of the 12 items she ordered and received, only 8 items were correct. The other 4 items were random blouses she didn’t order.

  25. I ordered 134 worth of merchandise and I never received anything. I’ve tried multiple times to contact customer service, and there is no number available. I’m so disappointed with myself, wish I would have viewed these comments prior to me ordering. I sent a text stating I want to cancel my order. I received an immediate message stating my order can’t be canceled. I placed my order on 12-29-2020, and clearly this company received my payment, however, they would text back and say waiting on payment, then the next text would say, we received your payment but we have not processed your order, and don’t know when it would be processed,.

    • The dress that I ordered arrived and is awful. The material is cheap and thin like nylon and clings, so much static., would be impossible to wear. There are no darts on the bust area, so the fit is terrible. I have tried to find the returns section but this proves impossible. I’m only glad I didn’t buy the other items I had been looking at. Do not buy from this site.

      I ordered different colours of 5 items expecting to be able to return them. Some are OK, others are very cheap fabric. The ‘returns’ policy says it will be simple. Yes as in non-existent. Like others before me, I have met with road blocks all the way. So frustrating to us all. WHY would you create a website that does sell some good clothing and then burn all your customers? It takes 8 times as much effort to find a new customer than it does to sell to a happy customer. A rip-off and foolish company. Avoid fast!

      I ordered some shirts about one month ago. They arrived and were nothing like the pictures on their site. Instead of shirts that looked like they embroidered they were on some thin nylon material that was a picture of the one they posted. They are cheap and not at all what I believed I was ordering. I attempted to return them but was unable to get any form to make the return. When I attempted to enter my order number they said no such order was placed. I have run out of ideas, this I believe is just another scam of sorts. I have left messages on their website discouraging other people not to purchase such items as they will not respond to be able to get returns.

    • I have ordered 3 items I can’t find a way to return them . There too small. I never had a company that wa so bad to return things I’m glad they are cheap because I’m going to give them to the Veterans. The clothes look beautiful on line. What a shame this is how they make their money.

  28. Where were you ALL before I ordered from this HORRIBLE Company airy dress. SHAME ON YOU!! It is awful that they think the quality of the fabric used would be suitable for ANYONE to wear. I am so disappointed because I ordered 9 items as part of my Granddaughters graduation gift in 2 weeks. I’ve only searched 24hrs. trying to find a return address, phone number to customer service, SOMEONE, ANYONE!. But reading your comments have helped me make a decision like several of you have COUNT IT AS AN ONLINE SHOPPING LESSON. My life is too STRESSFUL now with that COVID 19 mess etc. Money doesn’t grow on the tree outside of my home either. So I’ll stick with Target and Wayfair where I’ve never had problems. Karma is REAL but FRAUD is worst.

    As many above This site is a total rip off. I received the items I ordered and like many other people found they were far too small. Not bothering to return items as only one person above received a refund and that wasn’t for the full amount. Not throwing any more money at it.
    This company gives online shopping a filthy name and I am disgusted!!

    • Absolutely disgusted with this company . Have attempted 5 times to obtain the address to return an item – and have had no reply whatsoever . Please stay clear . The general quality of the products is poor , and their customer service -appalling . Will never use them again .

      This company has scammed so many people including me..I presume they make their fortune by sending dreadful garments, which are nothing like the advertised clothes.( yet they look wonderful in the photos) then gleefully exclaim how simple their returns policy is , all the while being impossible to contact..
      I would really like my money back..surely someone has figured out how to go about getting a refund..
