Air Italy is an Italian airline launched in 2018 and operating from its headquarters at Olbia, Sassari. The airline operates all flights from its main hub at Milan-Malpensa Airport. With a fleet of 14 aircraft, the airline connects to more than 21 destinations. It has codeshare agreements with British Airways, Iberia, Qatar Airways, Air Moldova, and Bulgaria Air.

I would like to express my sincerest Thank you to your colleague, Giuseppe. He helped us a lot during the flight. My daughter over ate and did not digest properly before the flight thus she vomited during take off.Giuseppe assisted us and helped us to transfer to another seat and made sure our whole flight was comfortable. I know these are the expected from a cabin crew but Giuseppe made it extra special with his genuine care and empathy. He is very pleasant and clearly he enjoys his job and have this genuine care for the passengers.
