    I am a user of jazz, unfortunately I purchased a jazz-digit-4g and registered with my sim. I have completed all installments and confirmed by customer service but sim and mobile is blacked repeatedly last month and now. I have registered the complaint by email and also visited customer care center taxila but still result zero. who will solve the issue?

    I had a Jazz sim which i was using for emergencies only, but since it wasn’t used for over 3 months, it was taken out of my name and was sold in the market! Who does that? I have 3 Ufone sims and one of them is not used for over 6 months or so at times, but when i need it, all i have to do is just load some credit and use it. Jazz is not only expensive than other networks, they are keep finding ways to make money of their customers, even by canceling their number and trying to sell it back to them or someone else. This is ridiculous and immoral and it should be against the law. Unfortunately Pakistan government doesn’t protect it’s citizens like other countries do, but the companies themselves should have some morality codes and should refrain from robbing the customers blindly, this is highway robbery or worst.

  5. Hi, I am reporting a number from where I received a suspicious call, the caller claimed that he is from pakistan army and wanted to get some personnel information from me, however I disconnected the call and block the number

  6. I am using the number for more that 10 years. I want to draw your attention towards pathetic service by JAZZ/MOBILINK after merger.
    Based on my available balance I had selected a package for 30 day on 27th August 2017 with 200 on net and 100 off net minutes.
    In the meanwhile I recharge and also selected 30 days internet package. My entire free minutes were washed out/looted without information. There was no POP UP or information at the time of selecting package. even all my remaining balance were consumed.
    I contacted the representative Mr Hammad on Saturday the 1st Sept at 12.00 midnight who informed that one package has overlapped the other one and at a time two package can not be availed ,there was no remady for this gamble by the company .
    I asked where were my money gone…he had no answer .
    I requested to lodge my complaint but he refused that this complaint can not be registered
    on my request he informed that the supervisor was not available and you can contact him on Monday
    was this 24/7 help line??????
    no one was available to answer my queries/ register complaint or transfer to supervisor even I identified that this is a recorded call and I can refer it to JAZZ authorities OR PTA for remedy.
    On my consistent request he informed that I should have to wait for 10-15 minutes for superviser ….he came after 15 minutes but to no avail
    I want to protest and make a request for refund of my package or unauthorized money immediately.

      No, if you don’t use your number for 3 months, they cancel it and sell it in the market, you are better off going with Ufone, this is the best service by far in Pakistan.
