Dear team,
Please note that I am very disappointed with your after sales service in Egypt as I faced too many problems with the maintenance of my tablet matepad 10.4 inch which I bought from 4 month ago.
At the beginning I had an issue that the screen was broken as the tablet fell from me. I headed to the nearest maintenance office in Egypt to change the screen and they informed me with all the details and price and I agreed.
When I went to recieve the tablet, I found that the screen is not attached correctly to the body and there is a space (as shown in the picture attached), I informed the front desk lady so she took the tablet back to the maintenance and returned back informing me that its now ok. I took the tablet and after few days, I found that the screen popped again from the body so I returned back to the office.
They told me to leave the tablet for an hour and I did, when I returned the tablet was ok but after few days the problem showed up again so I called the call centre to inform them with my problem and that I need to visit another branch. They sent me to another branch and same thing, I left the tablet for an hour then returned, it was ok.Â
A few days later the tablet was in a case in a bag, when I got it out of the bag, I found that the screen popped out again and the screen was broken (need to highlight again it was in a case in a bag). I called the call centre and told them the problem so they told me to go to the branch to check the tablet so I did and the tablet was working well when I left it at the branch, few days the call centre informed me that I will pay for a new screen although it was thier fault from the first place. I informed them that I will go pick up the tablet and dont change the screen. I went today to pick it up but it was not working, I thought it needs to be charged, so when I arrived home and charged it, here was the surprise I only found black screen nothing more and when I revisited the branch they informed me that the screen is broken at a senstive place and it could stop working anytime and the tablet had chosen the week that was in the branch (very strange) and ofcourse as per my prior experience with your poor service its my fault and that exactly what was said to me.
Is it acceptable that I deliver a tablet that works fine and then I recieve it not working. Is it acceptable to go change a screen at your office and recieve the tablet with a difference between the screen and the tablet body. This service that I was not waiting from you and I hope that there will be a respond from you to try to retain a customer that was recomending your products to friends and family.
Best Regards,
I bought a Huawei Tab T2 7.0 Pro in 2017 May, as a present for my wife. This year (2020) due to no fault of Huawei the battery to this handphone has deteriorated in that it needs to be charged every 2 hours. I seek my local Huawei service centre to replace the battery. It took them 3 weeks to come back to me saying there battery is no more in production. Afterwhich feeling very frustrated and felt cheated, I called up Huawei Customer service to complain. After holding the phone whilst they search for any battery, they told me that they have found one BUT it comes with the LED. I had no choice but to accept this proposal. The Customer service told me that they can get in done within four days, BUT to date it is already 2 weeks. I think best that I will retire the fairly new handphone and get a new one for my wife AND this time it won’t be Huawei or Honor, that’s for sure.
Hello,
I am experiencing real hard time from Huawei Support Karachi Pakistan. Huawei is denying to take responsibility of my phone which stopped working during normal use. I gave my phone to repair center here in Karachi and they rejected to cover my phone, the reason that they gave is I used to keep my phone in my back pocket and it got bent, actually its my wife’s phone and its not possible to keep the phone in any pockect at all, email says I set on the phone as well which was never happened, I sent an email to make it clear as there was no accidental damage with the phone but it may be happened during normal use.
Phone is still under 1 year manufacturer warraty and Huawei is responsible to take care of it.
I hope I wont face run around anymore. I am going to send an email to CEO office China as well.
Case no. AB8625338

Thank you
I bought six Huawei cell phones from Telkom South Africa, 3 Psmart and 3 P20.
within a month one of my using my psmart phone which came with a screen protector and a phone cover from factory in a seal box,the protector and seems like the screen could be broken and know I am told only the P20 has a free replacement not the psmart. Why was this information not printed or told to me before my purchase.
The body of Huawei Nova 3e bends forward by itself. This causes the screen obviously separate from the body. It happened 6 months after I bought it. I’d tried and tried to contact Huawei Company for a month. My phone still works well for now. But you know how fragile it is when the body is not parallel with the screen.
So please do something to solve this problem.
Solving this is a feedback to the engineers team and help get rid of the defect. It sure be benefit to your company’s reputation.
WITHOUT any questions and without trying to find out the cause of the bending Huawei Nova 3e, Huawei Thailand just said it cannot covered by the insurance!!
Is this how you guys work?
The head quarters THREW the case around without responsibility?
The customer has to scratch from zero again and again?
I don’t understand that you don’t want to improve the quality of your product?
I sure didn’t put any weight on the phone.
How can it bend UPWORD??
What is the cause? Your engineers don’t want to know?
Please be responsible!!
I bought Huawei Nova 3e on 15/06/18.
**The problem is THE BODY CURVE!! ***
I send you a picture.
You see how obvious the curve is!
(I use Huawei Mate 20 pro for the picture)
I wrote to you guy because my Nova 3e should still be covered by the insurance.
Huawei company should do something to make my phone back in normal shape.
I should not have to pay for this.
I swear I use it as everyone else should. I never put it in the back pocket of pants. (as I told you I usually wear skirt!!)
I wrote to you because Huawei Thailand want to charge me 2200+baht for this. Which is rediculous!, Don’t you think?

Thank you from Thailand
Hope to here good news from you soon.
Your authorized exclusive service provider in my country has delayed the repair for more than 45 days, and the phone is still not ready. Where shall I submit my complaint?
Thank you
My Nexus 6P suddenly died (switched off and does not charge or react at all). I brought it to the nearest repair centre in Spain but I have been told that although the phone is under guarantee this only applies to the country of origin of the phone. Is that so?!
The phone is from USA but I am in Spain. How do I proceed from here in an effective way without wasting more time (10 days are already gone since it broke and I don’t seem to be able to obtain any answers). Many thanks for your help
