the flipkart guys are simply not contactable for all the big ads – the toll free number does not exist – the mumbai and delhi numbers do not get connected – and the icing on the cake the bangalore number is always busy even at midnight and six in the morning….not contactable….

I had placed an order for a 32 inches LCD ONIDA TV on 9th November through http://www.flipkart.com.
I paid the complete amount by credit card.
The order was supposed to be delivered by 14th November.
I called up to customer care and told them my concern.
They said there is some paper work issue or something else.
They saidd your shipment will be delivered by 16th November.
Its been 18th November now. they haven’t assured me about the delivery and the issues.
I had to gift this to my friend on his birthday.
I had already paid for the product.
Flipkart customer care neither pickup the phone nor contacting me back.
I called up the currior company who were supposed to deliver my product.
They are not sure when it will be delivered.
Guys don’t pay the amount in advance to Flipkart while ordering any product. Please choose cash on delivery option. In this case as per my experience both the courier agent and flipkart will act fast. If u paid the amout it will take more time to deliver the product….

I ordered 4 things on 7th january 2013. One hp pendrive and 3 books..I received the order on 15 jan but i was shocked to see only pendrive in the package. I dint get the books. I made online payment. I contacted customer care and they said ,”books were misplaced by their courier service..they will send books again and I will receive by 19th jan..” Today is 23rd jan, where are books..??? My son purchased 16 GB PENDRIVE through flipkart in the year May,2012.The product was good during first six months.From December onwards, suddenly it stops. Immediately, I contact flipkart people. They are not responding properly.
Be aware of this fraud. All products work only first six months.. after that only major problems occur. When i talk to customer care they said the product offers only 30 days replacement. But when i purchased the item online, their website showed 1 year replacement warranty. The customer care later gave me 4 to 5 phone numbers that dont work at all.

I had placed an order for a Datacard on 12/05/13 through http://www.flipkart.com portal. I paid the complete amount through internet banking. The order was to be delivered by 17/05//13. But yet to received now. When I was called up the customer care, they said my product has gone to wrong place. So it should be rescheduled to bangalore and it will take 10-12 days.
But this product was very very urgent on my own business. Already I had paid for the product.
I called up the ekart logistics company. They are not sure when it will be delivered.
It’s only my concern, “DON’T BUY FROM FLIPKART”.
I had made a mistake, so don’t use it in future.
Flipkart service is satisfactory for me till now. I only choose cash on delivery. I suppose it is better not to buy electronic or electrical items through online shopping, or else if we get issues with the product then its replacement,repair, refund etc. becomes very complicated. If the flipkart (or any other online store) people does not respond well and address your concerns then there is little left that the customer can do.

Flipkart service is pathetic. i have ordered a Samsung Tab on 23-Jun-13 and still waiting for the shipment, despite calling them on daily. Their customer service emails are just black holes, and don’t respond. Interestingly my poor feedback on their website was promptly removed by them which clearly indicates they are manipulating the feedback, and only retaining good feedbacks.. Very strange and don’t depend on their delivery system
All the above mentioned customers should get together and file a consumer complaint. The consumer courts are very helpful and that will teach the company a lesson. There is no point in just complaining and cribbing at this forum.

I was supposed to get my product by 12th of March.
But the local courier service people have sent back the courier without even informing me.
I didn’t get any call or message from them.
This has happened twice with me.
Please take action strict against these people.
They are spoiling Flipkart’s name here in Mangalore.
I personally went to the courier service office and collected my order.
They give lame reasons like, your phone was not reachable and were acting ignorant to my queries and were not even ready to search for my order.
If I hadn’t personally been to that office, even this order would have been returned without my notice.
Please take strict action against them.

I have ordered the product and got the product twice with the same defect – When you move the phone it makes noise like some small piece is loose inside. I have called the customer care( extremely bad- service), they give really odd timing like 7:30 am or 9 pm even after requesting them that I have 6 day week office. Then after I had a word with 3 different customer care executives and all of them told different company policy to help.
1st executive told – it cant be refunded, company policy
2nd executive – It will only be refunded after 3 times of return of the product – company policy
3rd executive – Says it can be refunded but the money will be transferred only to Paytm account instead of my debit card from which I have made payment of 12500.
Later I got the message it cant be refunded which is really not fair. It is more of a mental torture and abuse of customer rights. I had really good faith on company but the services I am receiving has deteriorated and brought me with a very negative brand association.

I am Swabhiman Patra, an affected customer of Flipkart. I ordered “Apple Watch Series 3 GPS – 42 mm Space Grey Aluminium Case with Grey Sport Band (Grey Strap Regular)” on 9th of July from Flipkart with Order Id: OD112800837593836000, Invoice No: FABSXE1900001171. It cost me 29000 and paid the amount through Net banking. The seller was “Mushhi Shop, OKHLA NEW DELHI SOUTH DELHI DELHIFIRST FLOOR D5/2 A, SHAHEEN BAGH ABUL FAZAL ENCLAVE , OKHLA DELHI, NEW DELHI – 110025”. On 13th of July after receiving the product came to know that it was a fake one which will not cost more than few hundred bucks.
Being a Flipkart customer for several years I had developed a blind belief in Flipkart but this was not expected. The watch was a fake one and even it was not working. There is no brand name nor any logo inside or outside of the box. The mentioned watch is just a very cheap local product which was quite unpredictable from such a big venture. It might be costing less than a few hundreds of rupees. Its very pity to say, Flipkart involves in the fraud transaction just in the name of the brand name of apple.
Instantly, I tried to return the product but I received a popup saying “ For all device-related issues, please contact the brand authorized service center directly. The list of authorized service centers can be viewed here:”. So I was not allowed to initiate the return request. Then I mailed regarding this product as it is a fake product. Then I called the customer care toll free number but after trying for several times by gods grace I was connected. After I shared all the things the return request was initiated and told that they will resolve this issue within 24 hours. Whenever I called they told they are processing and they will resolve this within 24 hours. On 13th of July, I got an email that my return request was rejected by the seller. So I called the customer care but did not get any reason for this. I had requested for another return request. I got an email where it was mentioned that my request will be resolved by 14th July 6 30 PM. But I did not get any updates. I have mailed several emails, have called a hundred times but there was no update. In chat, I was told multiple times that I will be called in 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours but did not receive any call.
For the last 5 days, my daily work from the morning itself is to call Flipkart regarding my status of the request. After 5 days of this event, I got the same message of Return request rejected from Seller via email and message, mentioning same. I again tried to inquire about the reason but did not get any reason. Literally, I am frustrated with this kind of service from Flipkart. Flipkart is not trying to help me to solve this. Every time they are saying that we are working on it but still now there is no solution. For this product, there is no option to escalate the issue and I am not able to know where it is pending.
My request is very simple. I need my money back. As a consumer, it’s my right and I demand to refund the money as soon as possible.
Please find the attached photos regarding the fake product. Also, find the mail conversation which mentions that will resolve the issue but have not done anything.
It’s my kind request to Department of Consumer Affairs to look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible. Please provide me justice by taking punitive measures against Flipkart Stores and its Seller “Mushhi Shop” which caused me severe mental trauma. Please understand that Rs. 29000 is a very big amount for a middle-class person like me. Walmart look into this.
