  1. We are so disgusted with Etisalat. There are two points that I have to clear.
    1. when you insert a mobile card to the android it take so much time to get
    the data to the mobile

    2. When you buy a 99 Etisalat Data card giving 100/- rupees most of the places
    they do not give the balance. The shop keeper is getting rich? I am from Ratmalana
    Pirivena Road area. This is happening right through out. So disgusting.

    WE have been your customer for many many years. WE are now very disgusted with you service. We use your service mainly for calling relatives and friends overseas. We used to tell all our friends how good your service was, but not anymore. Every time we take a overseas call now as soon as it connects it gets cut off, and each attempt is charged by you, and now a call costs a great deal. What’s happening? I think that if we don’t get any action out of you, we shall go elsewhere and we certainly will be telling all we know about this fraudulent action of yours. If you do not care, and you think that we are only small fry who you don’t have to take any notice of, then I can tell you you will soon be on the downhill path as you well know in marketing that customers are number one. I do hope we will get some positive action out of this soon, but if not we shall certainly go elsewhere.

  3. I bought my line(xx) on August and I registered it that same day, as at now I can’t make and recieve calls on my line, and I can’t contact customer center. Please help me rectify the problem and I will be very grateful.
