During opening of share trading account, I did not avail new zero based savings account as available by your offer 3 in 1 Account. Rather, I connected the existing savings account and Demat account with Trading account. I am requesting you to consider the savings account as ZERO BALANCE ACCOUNT which is at present connected with my Trading account No. xx.

I was using axisbank net banking last one year. I am a business person. I currently have a limit of Rs1,00,000 only…now i want to increase my limit up to 3,00,000..i gave request to bank but no response
I used Axis ATM @ Rajkot Branch / Kalavad Road on 28/10/2011. I withdrew 9000 rupees and apparently one of the 500 rs note was fake. This was noticed by the cashier of SBI bank while I was making a deposit. They have refused to hand me that note back for complaint. Another customer who withdrew from same ATM also got a fake note.
This is my 3rd mail you. I think I am knocking the wrong door and should forget about the money in my account with your bank. I did mention that I don’t have any ATM card/cheque book etc.

I have found a debit card at an Axis bank ATM (Egmore)on 09.11 (Wednesday evening).I spoke with customer care person to block it and gave my hand phone number aswell. Respective person can contact me for the card.
When I put my login ID & Net banking password after that it asks for change of net banking password and Txn password change..

My pay roll had has been blocked and I asked my company to enquire on same with Axis Bank. Company says they have been trying to reach Axis Bank on same from last 1 month, but no response.
I booked one train ticket from IRCTC..but it got timed out. At the same time even without the booking getting confirmed..the amount was deducted from my credit card account. After talking with IRCTC customer care they said they refunded the amount to Bank and that will reflect next 24 hour. I have tried to Axis bank customer care but no one picking up the phone. I dont know how Axis bank customer care works.

you need to place a request with the bank for the same..

I received AXIS Bank credit card with co brand of Shriram on 20th of september but still its not activated. Previously i sent two more requests..so pls activate the card as soon as possible.
