We have one postpaid and two prepaid airtel numbers. We have not been able to connect to interstate (i.e. out of Punjab) landline numbers for the last more than two months but this issue is not with other operators like .. Idea and Vodafone. Matter was discussed with airtel practically and they also endorsed our point. They asked us to lodge a complaint on 198 but sorry to point out that it is not that much easy to connect to airtel customer care representative through 198. It’s or no use. If we don’t get a solution for the said problem within 24 hrs. we will be forced to look for an alternative.
I opted for a Rs 199 plan on 24 Jan. Since it was a new plan as such I thought that there us no balance in my account as there was no display. Accordingly I have charged my phone with Rs.399. On enquiry I was told that there is no display for this plan. As such I shall request you to adjust my earlier plan or adjust accordingly.
Network of airtel has gone down these days. In my house, there is no network, we have to come out on the road to make a call or to listen a call. Yesterday I have lodged a complaint, they have assured that problem will be sorted out within 72 hours. If there is no improvement, we will be constrained to shift from airtel to some other service provider.
Hope our long association with airtel is kept alive.
My call is being transferred to customer care executive but nobody is picking up the call and certain balance is being deducted each time I place a call. Isn’t it the duty of customer care executive to pick up the call without taking much of the time.The company needs to manage the customer care services well.
Despite a number of times for stopping of Caller Tune from my prepaid mobile no. 896819****3, no heed is being paid to my requests so for. Once again it is requested to STOP Caller Tune from my No. 896819****, failing which I will be forced to file a suit in the Consumer Court and consequences there upon will be of the Company.
I am using airtel prepaid number xx. Regularly some amount is being deducted from my airtel connection. I tried to contact and register my complaint but the customer care does not listen at all.I am totally frustrated.And all the customer care nos including 121 doesn’t give us option to talk to the customer care officer neither the option to De-activate the services which were not requested.

I had taken mobile internet Rs. 147 pack in the month of december 2012.
Yesterday I had recharged for Rs. 98 as required for internet usage & Rs. 350 for calls usage.
Rs. 147 were deducted from for internet pack whereas I have separately recharged for internet. I have called 121 customer care executive (Ref. no. is CBDMO 20102334468).
I do not require both packs (Rs. 147 and Rs. 98) at a time. Please refund one of the amount for calls usage.

I am prepaid subscriber of Air tel for the last many years but their customer care service is very poor..I am trying for the last three hours to approach them but in vain. I have been charged for the data service which I have never requested .Earlier too, many times charges were deducted for which now request was made(My mob No. 098727-76223).Should I hope that they will look into the matter.

My mobile bearing airtel prepaid no. 09876350767 was lost on 17-10-2012 at Jhakri Distt. Shimla Himachal Pradesh. The matter has also been registered with Police Station Jhakri against Sr.No. 126 dt. 18-10-2012 for investifation. It is therefore, requested to kindly get the above sim locked immediately to avoid any missuse

My punjab number which am using for over 4 years has been sold off by your company. I was just away for 20 days. This demands a clear explanation. I am very possessive about my numbers, I need my number back badly.
i had a number xx in my name but had discontinued it after paying all the bills received by me.however later airtel started correspondence with me requiring me to pay another rs.5501 and they did not provide me any bill for this.finally airtel seems to have handed over the case to their lawyer and i had to pay the amount of 5501 under duress. now i demand from you the bill against which this payment of 5501 has been demanded and taken from me.

On 23rd Jan2012; i recharged for ‘rs 58″ for ISD rates (1paise/sec for 300 min) .Still I am being charged Rs 6.50/min.this is happening 3rd time to me in last 3 mnths;everytime i have to go and fight with customer care office to get my money back.

Airtel customer service is shocking..tried to call. 121 and 198 so many times to discontinue the ring tone service. For a long time I was on hold. No one answers the phone. Sad service.

I received a msg from 54321 saying thankyou for using Airtel live tv you have been charged Rs 150. I did not subscribe for the service. The 121 executive disconects the phone while calling. Pls look into the matter.

I recharged my phone through easy mobile recharge. I recharged for Rs 100 through my bank account. Money has been deducted but I have not got it on my mobile.
