I am having broadband connection of Airtel no. 07940060806_mh since 7 years. Recently facing poor connectivity problem since one month. Complaint was registered before ten days & was attended before 7 days, but my complaint is still unresolved. Moreover the landline phone which was working earlier is also dead since attended by your technician. Either resolve my complaint or remove your connection because I don’t want to continue with this kind of services.
I live in Ahmedabad and have airtel mobile number and regularly pay bill on time. I had a bad experience from one of your outlet. It is in Usmanpura area, Opp. Gautam Vihar Society, Opp. Fortune Landmark Hotel, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. I wanted to pay my bill in cash. I did my payment and demanded the receipt of the same. But the guy, your employee (I don’t know his name)refused to give the receipt. He told me that, “You will get the message within 24 hours.”
I hadn’t received the message till 4 days. I am very unhappy with your system and approach of your employee. Each and Every mobile company gives receipt of the cash payment. Only your company Airtel doesn’t do that. Why??? If you want to digitalised then you must accept the bill payment by debit card. But your any outlet hasn’t have that facility.
I want to quit your service and would like to port to other company. I had two mobile numbers of your company, but due to your system and above said behaviour I have ported one number. Now, I will port my another number. Please don’t call me when I will proceed to port. I hope you will take action against that male at Usmanpura outlet.
Same issue with me too. I am postpaid customer or Airtel since 2005. They have changed the My Family plan without any prior information. i had ported my three child connection to other network and going to port my main number too.
I had asked them to convert my number to prepaid, then also they had denied that you have to visit the Airtel Store and thats difficult for me.

I am an Airtel postpaid customer. When I go for duplicate sim card (for 9033505***) to the airtel store, he demanded 50 rupees instead of 25 rupees from me and I also complained to the Airtel customer care but no one is taking action towards the particular Airtel store. as per Airtel policy its 25 rupees only for duplicate sim card but they were demanding double the money. So can any body stop this corruption. I have written address of that particular store. Please need help. You can reply me on same email id.

Airtel indeed offers best services presently. I have subscribed to internet and the 3G speed is very good. However, sad to say your customer care needs care. They dont offer completely information. The Gujarat customer service in particular is super poor. They have now deactivated my 3G and when I call, even hang up my phone.
My Gujarat Airtel prepaid mob. no. is 9725447526 and I had recharged on 17 Feb 13 from my mob balance on your scheme of Rs. 20/- for 300 SMS and 300 MB data for 3 days, however my amount was deducted and I also got confirmation massage. When I used internet and started sending SMS, the amount was deducted from main balance. Then I tried calling customer care but could not get. When I checked today I got SMS that the pack is activated, but I havent used. Do not cheat customers like this.

I have applied for making my prepaid connection to be changed into postpaid since 1month.Your person Mr.Mohan Thapa was in touch through mails and phone calls (9974552949);and even did send a person at my residence to collect the proof of address along with Rs.300/-.Now I am following up with him over mails but there is no reply from his side,neither the phone no is reachable.

My mobile number is xx and my bb services are not working since midnight 12th nov I am unable to talk to your customer care executives through the helpline. I am terribly dissappointed with a provider who has network in 19 countries and cannot provide a solution to my problem.
Always contact nodal officer of each service provider viz.BSNL, AIRTEL etc by phone and/or email.Next you can write to company HQ.Then CORPORATE OFFICE.Then TRAI.

I have postpaid connection of your company at Walthera Village ,Tal. Dholka & District – Ahmedabad ,Sir from last month we are not getting proper signal from airtel tower. Also the network frequently switches on / off.

I am a regular user of 2G internet plan of Rs.98 which i recharge every month.
On 13th March I recharged for Rs 98 even though I had previous months GPRS validity of 35 mb left.
But after some time Rs 43 was deducted from my balance without any warning.
I came to know this only on 13 March when i checked my balance and after I called the customer care. The customer care transferred the call to his superior (he told me his name was kiran datdiya calling from Bharti House at Ahmedabad) who talked very rashly and did not at least clarify me on why the Rs 43 was deducted. I even requested to talk to his higher authority but he gave me a fake contact number(when I called it said that the number does not exist) .I have never faced this problem before as I have been using Airtel GPRS services since three years.
I have also seen that another person has been charged the same very recently as seen in this post
