I am trying to contact your customer care number from my mobile number but some how i am not able to talk to any of the representative. I have a query, my airtel balance was 114 rs. till yesterday night when I slept. When i woke up in the morning i see there is only 14 rs. left in my account. Now I want to know where you have deducted my amount. For what you have charged me 100 rs. as such i do not have any services on my number. I want the clarification for the same.
We are receiving bloody pesky calls from xx continuously on my mob no xx. We have sent many messages to 121 and 198 and other concerned numbers but there is no action from the service provider. After that they have started to deduct Rs. 1.5 to Rs.6 every day with a message that “you have been renewed for Romance pack 2685 subscription. When we have no time how the service provider can loot poor people? How many poor people who dont know english are becoming the victim this service provider?

I am using your network for past 5 years. I am really satisfied with your network but now a days they are deducting money without any reasons. Customer service is pathetic! There are delayed and incomplete responses to mails; the customer service number doesn’t work. Why are people spending money buying Airtel’s services when they have such appalling standards of customer service?
I am a pre paid customer.My phone number is xx. I received a message saying that the games club subscription is active for my number at Rs. 5/per day and to unsubscribe SMS STOP to 121. I call your prepaid customer care number past 10 days at every every hour. no body picking up my call. if you give service you have to clear customer query but very very worst service you are having. past 7 years i am using this network now a days very bad service given to customers.
Why is your customer service bad when compared to other networks? My balance was deducted without reason and when ever i try to call 121 or 198 no calls get connected to agent …if u continue tise bad service surely you will loss all the customers to better networks..
I am not satisfied with the customer care service at 121, 123 & 198, i am regularly in touch with these numbers since my prepaid balance is regularly reducing although i am not using this number (xx) for any purpose i.e outgoing nor i am using internet facilities.
I am very annoyed with the Airtel network. They are deducting my balance without any notification. I just recharged my 10 rupee card and i swiched off my mobile but when i switched on my balance was 00. I am trying to reach the customer care since last one month. I have a pre-paid Airtel mobile no. (migrated from Aircel). I rarely use my mobile as I am 78 years old and use mostly my airtel landline/broad band connection.
Yesterday afiter I made a call from my mobile, it showed a balance of Rs 190 and above. Today, when I dialed and talked to a number xx, it showed an balance of Rs 2.46 only.
When I checked up the log of dialled numbers, I find an entry “ALEntertainment on 20th Nov at 3.59 PM, showing the number as 543212. I HAVE NOT DIALLED THIS NUMBER AT ALL. I
I do not know, how suddenly the balance has come down from Rs 190 and above to Rs 2. 46 within 24 hours.
Pl check up and reinstall the correct number.
xx is my wife’s prepaid and i recharged it on 5th Nov through net banking but entered customer relationship no wrongly..Rs 333 was the amount debited from my bank a/c but not credited in my wifes a/c.w
I am regular user of Airtel Service. Last month I had taken one new Airtel sim. I have used it for fifteen days thenafter my sim has been bared due non availability of identity proof. I have recharged my sim and presently balance available is about 238/-. On 8.11.2011, I have submitted my proof of identity( Photo, Ration Card copy) to Airtel service centre, Nagercoil for regularizing my sim but till now my sim is not activated.

Your customer care is the worst in the world!. 3 weeks ago i called regarding a complaint about many useless offers being sent to my phone by sms.The customer care personnel told me that the problem would go away after 5 days.It is now 21 days and i still get these offers.I wake up in the morning and atleast 50 to 60 messages waiting for me. ALL OF THEM ARE FROM YOUR USELESS OFFERS. I call customer care but EVERYTIME IT IS BUSY. I DID NOT HAVE ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS WITH VODAFONE. In conclusion i just have to say that airtel is the most useless company i know. Planning to approach the consumer court for refund.

On 3rd November 2011, i have activated internet for 5 rupees in my prepaid airtel connection and got 50 mb activation upto 4th November 2011, i have disconnected my mobile office at around 3 a.m. today, immediately when I checked my balance, full balance amount was deducted from my mobile. STOP USING AIRTEL CONNECTION INSTEAD OF CRIBBING
I have bought a airtel prepaid sim card (9940357***) on May 8th in poorvika mobiles MMDA , and it was activated on the same day . I also activated a rate cutter with 3 months validity ( call cost for A2A 10 ps and 18000 National sms free, other state airtel 50 ps ) and submitted all the required documents. within a week My sim said network registration failed and I contacted Poorvika the next day and asked them whether they submitted the required documents given to them. The store keeper even showed me their register in which your airtel executive have signed that he has received the documents. and they contacted their airtel contact point and informed this and had my number activated again .

-why were your agents providing different answers every time, and they were rude on the customers
– how many times you will verify my address within 40 days of purchasing the number

Two weeks before i have activated net for 98 rs in my prepaid airtel connections. But now whenever i am browsing in my mobile, charge has been deducting from my balance. When i am trying to speak to customer care, i am not able to speak, as the record voice is again going to main menu after it is saying that the call is tranferring to cusomer care executive. I am getting irritated, and almost i have spent 30 rs for this. What service you are providing. Why Airtel customer care behaves like that. If this continues, airtel will lose all the customers.
