    I’m using this service for so long but not satisfied. why am I asking like that because today I’m going to prove that not only in government having corruption but in aircel too. Everytime I have found the same problem. Did you know that? I’ll mention. After recharging the Internet plan the speed of 2g is a bit more but after sometime before it’s validity the speed of 2g is deducted, can you believe that the speed is 1 or 2 kb/s.

  2. Your mobile network is the worst network I have ever come across. Its high time to discourage people from using your network..customer service if there is any….very poor….is it happening only in Shillong….stop cheating the public with all your stupid promises….have been trying to get hold of my family and friends who are on your network…it take ages to get through …or a message saying its out of range even though they are in ur office building……or I get disconnected inthe middle of a conversation…people wake up and and know your consumers protection rights….WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOUR NETWORK

  4. AM GETTING FEDUP WITH AIRCEL CONNECTION. ALLWAYS BUSY NETWORK. LAST ONE MONTH IT HAS BCOME SO DISGUSTING. YAAR IMPROVE SERVICE QUALITY. FROM………SHILLONG (NEAR IIM)

  5. Am using no xx for internet on 3G…but have been unable to recharge for the last 4 days…no matter what plan is tried…if the recharging is such a problem…it takes away all the benefits of getting speeds of almost 3.2Mbps on your network….could you please look into this ?

    I had complained three or four times to deactivate portfolio service but there is no response about my compliant.aircel deduct Rs.25/7days so i can’t recharge

  7. I am using Aircel 3G Pocketinternet. My No. is +918014039870. The internet speed is very slow which is very frustrating most of the time. Can the speed be faster say minimum 100 kbps? Please help.
