Never ever book a flight with Air Arabia. My flight got cancelled because of border closure, and then they don’t repay your money, they say they will make a voucher which will be valid for 1 year, but didn’t get my voucher yet and there customer care phone number is always non functional.
I have Air Miles with Air Arabia. They have taken from my account Air Miles that I have NOT used. How can this happen?
On checking at Gatwick and Fez I asked about Air Miles and was told that they could not help me as they did not know anything about how Air Arabia run their Air Miles system.

Travelling with my wife and 2 children – our ferry from Tangiers to tarifa was cancelled due to weather conditions so i had to make alternative arrangements to get back to Spain.
I tried to take a flight from Tangiers to Malaga as our flight back to the UK was on the same day. The normal charge for a flight from Tangiers to malaga using Airarabia.com is £37 about 350 MAD. However i was told by airarabia checkin desk to wait until flight seats become available – 45 minutes before the flight i was told that seats were available and i had to pay for the seats at the airarabia office, i was charged 2800 MAD per person , a total of 11280 MAD.
I was not in a position to dispute it considering my circumstances, but believe it was an outrageous manipulation of my circumstances.
I regularly use this airline to fly between the UK and Morocco with my family. Last year we were delayed by several hours due to the airlines fault. EU law requires they make a compensation payment for the delays. Despite writing to them several times they refuse to respond. Having instructed solicitors we found that they are based offshore in the Gulf so litigation cannot be pursued in Europe for our rights. Be very careful in using this dubious airline – if you have problems they are like used car salesmen – dodgy!

How are you? I and my mother (we are Thai and hold Thai passport) plan to flight to Bahrain for tour on February. We will use flight from colombo or male to Bahrain (maybe airarabia) and use the return flight to colombo on the next day by airarabia. According to the schedule, we see that there can be some hours at Sharjah (about 10 hours) and we would like to inquire whether we can apply for the 96 hour VISA with airarabia for our return trip from Bahrain to Colombo (in case that we use only return flight from Bahrain to Colombo or 2 side round trip flight). Is it possible and what is the price and documents I have to prepare (send before or present it at Sharjah airport counter or etc.)?
