For addressing grievances over refund, cancellation, reschedule of flights, and other travel related queries, log in to the primary website
with the Trip ID and e-mail ID available on the confirmation ticket, and activate your account. The account page shows the upcoming trips, and select the one to be cancelled and click on the Trip ID, and hit cancellations, and select passengers to cancel and click on review cancellations and refund, and finally click Yes, cancel now. The refund amount will be processed within 24 hours and reflect on your account in 3-14 working days. Alternatively, email [email protected] along with Trip ID, to claim full refund or call on Cleartrip customer care number 09595 333 333. 

Social Media
Customers following Cleartrip on social media sites can also easily raise a complaint over refund and cancellation, through the official Facebook page @cleartrip and contact Cleartrip on messenger or comment the complaint query under the post section. Likewise, file a complaint via the Twitter handle @cleartrip, and tweet about the concerned issue. Complaints raised through Facebook and Twitter, will be responded by a Cleartrip customer care executive, and after verification of the cancellation and initiation of the refund process, the refund claim would reflect in the original source of payment within 3-14 business days. Consumer Board
Also, customers can address grievances with Cleartrip through Indian consumer boards
. To submit a complaint, log in with your account and click on submit a complaint, a new complaint registration form will appear, fill in the relevant details such as company name, complaint subject, complaint details, attach evidence, and click submit. Depending on the circumstances and concerned issue, the grievance will be resolved and intimated to the consumer.
