The Captain’s Circle loyalty program rewards passengers for their loyalty and offers a range of benefits, including access to exclusive events, discounts on future cruises, complimentary internet packages, priority check-in, and onboard credits. Members of the program also receive special recognition, such as priority disembarkation and personalized items in their staterooms.
Anyone who has taken a Princess Cruises voyage is automatically enrolled in the program. Membership is free and passengers are assigned to a tier based on the number of cruise days they have completed with the cruise line. The tiers are as follows — Gold (1-30 cruise days or after your first cruise), Ruby (31-50 cruise days or after 3 cruises), Platinum (51- 150 cruise days or after 5 cruises) and Elite (151 or more cruise days or after 15 cruises).

There are no residency requirements to become a member of the Captain’s Circle program. There are also no membership fees to join the Captain’s Circle program, and membership is automatically conferred upon completion of a Princess Cruises voyage.
Eligibility Requirements to Join as Member
To become a member of the Captain’s Circle loyalty program of Princess Cruises, you must have completed at least one voyage with the cruise line. There are no eligibility requirements as such, such as age or residency. Once you have completed a Princess Cruises voyage, you are automatically enrolled in the program and assigned to a tier (Gold, Ruby, Platinum, or Elite) based on the number of cruise days you have completed.
How to Apply for Membership
There is no need to apply for membership of the Captain’s Circle loyalty program of Princess Cruises as it is automatic. Once you complete your first cruise with Princess Cruises, you will be enrolled in the program and assigned to the appropriate tier based on the number of cruise days you have completed (please refer to the preceding section to learn about the tiers and how you qualify for them).
To ensure you receive credit for your Princess Cruises voyage, be sure to provide your loyalty program number at the time of booking or check-in. If you do not yet have a loyalty program number, one will be automatically assigned to you once you complete your first voyage.

The Captain’s Circle loyalty program of Princess Cruises has 4 tiers: Gold, Ruby, Platinum, and Elite. Here is an overview of the features and benefits of each tier.
In Gold tier, you get 1-30 cruise days or after your first cruise, invitation to a Captain’s Circle party, exclusive offers and promotions and access to a dedicated phone line for customer service. Under Ruby, you get 31-50 cruise days or after 3 cruises, all Gold tier benefits, priority check-in, 10% discount on the purchase of the Captain’s Circle photo package, complimentary internet package (one per member) and access to a dedicated phone line for shore excursion reservations.
In Platinum, you get 51-150 cruise days or after 5 cruises. It includes all Gold and Ruby tier benefits, priority disembarkation, complimentary laundry and dry cleaning services, complimentary specialty restaurant dinner for two (once per voyage) and access to a dedicated phone line for dining reservations. As for Elite, there are 150 or more cruise days or after 15 cruises. All Gold, Ruby, and Platinum tier benefits come with it. Additionally, you enjoy priority tender disembarkation, priority ship-to-shore phone line access, priority access to exclusive shore excursions and access to a dedicated phone line for the Captain’s Circle desk.
