I have a Printer Canon PIXMA MG3500. I spent 12 hours with my technician for computer support in Canada. We are about to quit. To make it short. Installed the software wireless mode. Seemed to be a conflict with my provider wifi. Uninstalled and reinstalled – after unconnecting from wifi network and using USG option.
With a not connected message and tool for correction there has been no result. No test copy. Checked thoroughly Windos 7. All upgrades installed. Windows is ok. Opened and reopened the pc. My technician told me to quit. This makes no sense. Suddenly I open my pc and there is no result. On prints a nice test page. But I want to print a word document. Stalls and same message “your printer is not connected check. Back to no result. Must be a small thing or a defect.I am willing to come to your office with pc and printer. I am in Muang distric, Suan Dok – One Plus Condo. Print is needed for medical purpose.
