  1. I have tried to amend a booking concerning a package inclusive of a car with the air ticket. Called the website site number yesterday, they tell me that in upgrading the car, I need to pay HK$ and therefore I need to call the HK office. They give me a number 0061 292740 737 to call the next day as he said it was closed after 5pm. The next day I call and it turns out to be a non existent number. I search for the local BA office number. When I call, they say I have to be put through to the UK office holiday team. They link me through and the office is closed. The whole system is not customer orientated. Someone needs to sort out the system which is annoying.

    I boooked flights yesterday 17 May and requested them to be held for 72 hours for a payment of GBP 10.00. Today 18 May I tried to pay and complete the booking but was directed to the general BA.COM web page which advised me that there was an error “obtaining Price Update and asked me to search for flights. I phoned the UK phone no for the Executive Club +44 191 4907901 to be told that they were busy and to contact BA.COM. Going round in circles!!!
    I wish to confirm my flights and avoid payment of the GBP10.00 but do not know now how to proceed. Any advice would be appreciated

    I am puzzled by this attitude of your finance . The bank information was given to you on 8 January 2018 and you told me payment be in 4 weeks but on 8 February 2018 , you again ask for my bank information. Without argument I resend the bank information to you again on 9 February and today you ask me to wait another 4 weeks? Is this the way you all going to keep delaying my compensation.

  5. I intend to take BA from HK to Madrid, I understand the route service provided by BA is HK-London-Madrid, then the return route is Madrid-London-HK.

    My question is would that be possible when I return from Madrid to HK, can I stay back at London for few days? Is there any surcharge? Also please advise the way of booking. Can we make the booking at your HK office? What is your office address?
