Macy’s Order Cancellation Policy

Macy’s offers its customers 30 minutes to cancel online orders from the time the order was placed. However, once the 30-minute time limit has passed, customers either have the option to reject acceptance during the time of delivery or accept the product and then apply for a return.

Returns can be made either in-store or via mail and are accepted within 90 days of the purchase of a product. The returnable product must be in an original, saleable state with its original tags. Once Macy’s receives the returned product at their warehouse/fulfilment centre, the full refund will be credited to the customer’s account within 10 business days.

For customers who have proof of purchase, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment source. However, if any customer does not have proof of purchase, then that customer will be eligible for a store credit. It should be known that in both of the above-mentioned cases, delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable.
