    I bought a phone 455 N model Alcatel when i was in Qatar.I need to check my contact number.I could not read because the settings was translated back to Arabic.I don’t have the manual anymore.Pleased send me the manual details. How could i set up it back to English?

    This is Praveen from Bangalore, I’ve a prepaid mobile number. Few months back I’ve ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone. I had a plan of 30p/min and message free in Vodafone. Now they have disconnected the offer and even customer care people are not receiving the call. So I decided to port my number. Please let me know, what amount I’ve to recharge to get same offer.

    On 08 Dec 2012 my balance was deducted saying that I have subscribed the caller tune. But actually I had never subscribed the caller tune. There was a msg that if you want to cancel it then send a msg instantly I send the msg and caller tune was cancelled but my amount was deducted from my balance.
    You are requested t o look into the matter and refund my amount which has been deducted. My moible No is 8007537111. thanks

    I have called vodafone customer care since i purchased new sim. For 2-3 days i was directed to the customer care executive but then starting 4th day number 198 stopped working. Also i couldnt reach out to 9923399233 number. I tried to contact customer care in Pune. But no inputs from them.

    The reason for calling customer care was, my cell balance was deducted & balance showing zero.

    I have purchased prepaid sim from Pimpri shop(9096087050) on 14.11.12 evening and had submitted all relavent documents .The sim no is 8991272162584848643 and the vodafone number is 9673977807.Today already 6 days had passed and the sim has not got activated.
    I am surprised to note that is it take so many days to verify and activate the sim.Is there any solution like if the forms are submitted directly to vodafone near by office and the verification can happen immdiately and the sim can be activated there after.Those who can spent time to get the activation faster can always do it.Vodafone may consider this type of suggestion to do better service instead of talking always procedure and lead time.

      On 18th, 203rs were deducted by giving me 600 free vod to vod local mins. I dont know how your guys convinced my wife as i was not there. When i contacted a customer care guy & told him to deactivate this service & return my balance, he was like its impossible. Now i feel cheated & i will make sure that i never use your service.

    I am possessing Vodafone sim which is provided by my working organization. Now that I am being diconnected from my present working organization, I requested them to transfer the liability of this particular sim no. to me, since In lot of official communications, I am expecting SMSs & phone calls on my this no. in immediate near future & HENCE PLASE ADVISE ME, TO RESOLVE this matter amicably.     This is in regards to my Vodafone post paid connect. I have a huge concern on the kind of service provided by Vodafone.

    I am having Blackberry 9320 model and have activated 399 plan. From Saturday I am not having any internet coverage and also the network is not good.

    I made a complaint on 111 for which I was told that complaint is register, however, today when I called call centre, the technical team informed me that no details has been provided to them.

    The network and internet is only not working area (Link road) chinchwad for which I have called up to 5-6 times on 111 however nothing has been done.

    Request you to please look into this and if this is still getting unresolved I might plan for number portability under Airtel. I have important office work to be completed and is dependent on emails and net and facing lot of issues with Vodafone service.

    The reason for calling customer care was, all of a sudden my my Phone shoes “No Service”. This is really pathetic. I have been struggling with it for more than 6 hrs.

    i have applied for indian army offer. a person came for verification and informed me that the connection will start from tomorrow. today it is fifth day. i have contacted mr deepek who gave me a word to do something, but nothing happened. so if u have any problem giving me this offer please tell me so that i will continue with my old connection.
