I have been repeatedly complaining about the network issue at my residence. Your person came and even checked regarding the network issue. It’s been 1 week since then that I haven’t heard anything from you’ll. I would like to know are you’ll going to take some actions ?? or just sit and do nothing and keep pushing it on one another. I can’t see any responsible person taking any kind of decisions and acting to resolve the issues on priority basis.

Seriously is this Vodafone’s service ???

I have given a complaint on the 02-Jun and till now no one has resolved the issue.

Would appreciate if this issue can be resolved within one weeks’ time or I am forced to switch to other network which I get 4G at my residence. Well after that I don’t want any calls from you’ll trying to retain me.

Very sad that some bunch of people don’t have the authority or not responsible enough to resolve the issues and they are the ones spoiling the name of the company with the kind of their service.

Change this “HAPPY TO HELP” as no one is responsible enough to resolve it or help.

    My no. 9923400117

Vodafone is cheating on roaming. I’m a prepaid customer and for me international roaming was activated without informing me. The moment I switched on my phone in a foreign country, mobile data got enabled as it was already on in India, I stopped that immediately without browsing any app/service and started using wi-fi. When I came back to India after a month, I switched on my cell to call my cab driver and the call was not going. In the middle of night, after flying for a day, I was clueless and helpless. I was to get the cab details in SMS in my India number which I never got. Somehow, managed to get help from a passerby to contact my husband and he had to work with my company’s travel desk to get the details and pass it to me in email which I accessed through free wifi in airport.
After he recharged my phone, they immediately deducted some 500 bucks for international roaming charges and then only I came to know about international roaming being activated in my phone. I was surprised that they had activated international roaming for my number without even informing me and how could they charge me for service which I didn’t use and for which I didn’t even have balance. I called the customer care and asked about the same and I was told that for prepaid customer, they do activate without informing and I could have decided to not to use the same. When I told that I did not use the same, I was told that switching my mobile on while the mobile data was on meant that I used it and no answer when I told that how could you allow me to use the service when I didn’t even have sufficient balance.
Being too occupied with work, I could not keep following up for this complaint and lost my money.
I think Vodafone play this card knowingly that very few will actually go through the route of written complaint, nodal officer, appellate authority to get a refund and they can retain the money for the rest of the unsuspecting customers.

I port in into Vodafone last month as thinking that Vodafone had best network n service, but I was wrong. Bad things are coming in front of me, Vodafone deducting money from my account for surfing Internet even I already had Internet pack.
When I call to customer care, he didn’t give me any information regarding it, I was told him to transfer the call to senior executives but he didn’t transfer n cut my call by saying all senior executives were busy.
I felt very wrong by choosing the Vodafone.

Absolute disaster, right hand hand does not know what left is doing.
In spite of payment being made on time , we are hearing threatening messages and now services are also stopped.

Please be prepared to face consumer court , I am NOT going to take this lying down.

Disgusting service. If you can’t cope with customer numbers, please shut shop. Tempted to use the choicest of words.

Vodafone is just making people fool by leaving the customers on IVR and providing any options to connect to executives. No matter which customer care number you dial it just irritates by same IVR every time and not provide any option to connect to any executive

Vodafone is a disaster. I have a Mumbai number and I came to Pune two ago to discover the roaming wasn’t working. Went to two different Vodafone stores in Pune one in Baner and then next day on Bhandarkar Road. Baner fellow told me it will be done in few hours as he has sent a mail to Mumbai Vodafone. Nothing happened so next day went to Bhandarkar Rd store. The lady told me she has sent a “request” and will be done in one hour. She also gave me a request number 196472774. Nothing happened, today is the third day. Called up the call centre in Pune. After listening to blah blah for 15 minutes operator told me to contact Mumbai call centre. So called Mumbai call centre, the lady told me I had not told them about some package. Don’t know what package. She told me it will be done in half hour and I will get a SMS on the other phone. No SMS so far.

One of the worst moblie network is vodafone without informing they deducting money from my main balance account. By subscribing new plans. Without informing they deducted 150 Rs for vodafone t.v channel pack and 90 Rs for social which I hvent got any refund. Now i hv stopped recharging so they have started deducting Rs 5 for there new plans. Very soon i m going to stop using vodafone and suggest my all friends not to use”vodafone”. Idea and aircel provides good services going to switch among these two.

This is Praveen from Bangalore, I’ve a prepaid mobile number. Few months back I’ve ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone. I had a plan of 30p/min and message free in Vodafone. Now they have disconnected the offer and even customer care people are not receiving the call. So I decided to port my number. Please let me know, what amount I’ve to recharge to get same offer.

I have called vodafone customer care since i purchased new sim. For 2-3 days i was directed to the customer care executive but then starting 4th day number 198 stopped working. Also i couldnt reach out to 9923399233 number. I tried to contact customer care in Pune. But no inputs from them.

The reason for calling customer care was, my cell balance was deducted & balance showing zero.

I have purchased prepaid sim from Pimpri shop(9096087050) on 14.11.12 evening and had submitted all relavent documents .The sim no is 8991272162584848643 and the vodafone number is 9673977807.Today already 6 days had passed and the sim has not got activated.
I am surprised to note that is it take so many days to verify and activate the sim.Is there any solution like if the forms are submitted directly to vodafone near by office and the verification can happen immdiately and the sim can be activated there after. Those who can spent time to get the activation faster can always do it.Vodafone may consider this type of suggestion to do better service instead of talking always procedure and lead time.

This is in regards to my Vodafone post paid connect. I have a huge concern on the kind of service provided by Vodafone.

I am having Blackberry 9320 model and have activated 399 plan. From Saturday I am not having any internet coverage and also the network is not good.

I made a complaint on 111 for which I was told that complaint is register, however, today when I called call centre, the technical team informed me that no details has been provided to them.

The network and internet is only not working area (Link road) chinchwad for which I have called up to 5-6 times on 111 however nothing has been done.

Request you to please look into this and if this is still getting unresolved I might plan for number portability under Airtel. I have important office work to be completed and is dependent on emails and net and facing lot of issues with Vodafone service.
