This is to let you know that yesterday 27th May 2019 I have tried to recharge my phone with international roaming pack of Rs 6995 from UK. This amount got deducted from my account but the recharge package has not reflected yet. With the emergency situation I was in I had to repeat the recharge today 28th May 2019 and finally got my recharge done.
Through out all these transactions I have been trying to reach your customer care hell lot of times and Everytime I was left disappointed with no proper assistance. After repeatative calls I finally registered a complaint for this incident and the my complaint number is 2536044364. It’s been a tough time for me to manage without internet/ calling services for one whole day.
I would like to let you know Vodafone customer services are truely hopeless and no one assists the customer with proper information.
Please let me know when can I expect a refund of my Money which was deducted on 27th May.
I hope at least this mail is taken seriously and I can see some action soon ????

I had lost my cell phone on last Sunday and made a police complaint and was asked to disconnect my Vodafone no with immediate effect. So i went to the nearest Vodafone centre at Vasant Oscar, Mulund west for doing the needful.
I was made to wait for over 2 hours to complete the process and was given a new sim card which was supposed to start in a few hours, however received an sms(attachment SMS 1) at 9pm that my request could not be processed and I should visit the store again for re-verification.
I again visited the same store today at 10.15 am and spent 30 minutes doing the same process done on Sunday and was aghast and surprised at receiving a sms(attachment SMS 2) again within 30 minutes of leaving the store stating that the request could not be processed and that I should once again visit the nearest Vodafone centre.
My question to you CUSTOMER CARE is why should i again be visiting the store again for your mismanagement and how long should I be waiting to get an active sim card ??????

Also since am responsible for my companies Telecom requirements, had requested our corporate support team to help me and their response was also RETAIL & CORPORATE are seperate teams and they are helpless and couldnt even help with email id’s ……ALAS

Vodafone doesnt concern about customers now. We are facing many issues but no one to resolve it.
We cannot rush each and every time to vodafone store.
I recd. a message yesterday stating welcome to vodafone supernet 4G in Maharashtra. Now enjoy a stronger experience on either Vodafone of Idea Network, while you roam. At Rs.35 get talktime of 26 + 100 MB and at Rs.65 get talktime of 55 + 200 mb for 28 days. Simply dial *121# to avil thee.
As I have made recharge for Rs.569/- on 06/11/2018 for 84 days / 90 days valid upto 1st week of February, 2019.
I don’t understand the meaning of receiving above message.
Pl look into the matter and see that such message are not sent to customer has made such recharge.

The worst cell phone provider in India. Arrived in India, everyone told me to get prepaid card for Vodafone. Brought my own iphones. After the worst experience in Prabhadevi store, my phone worked for a few hours and then stopped. I cannot use internet, cannot make calls. Same problem with my daughter’s phone. Called the service number several times, and people with awful accents answer calls, they are rude, and cannot speak English very well. My phone is still not working and now it is asking me to recharge. The worst service, horrible people, even worst sim cards. Unprofessional people working in the stores. The only person who was helpful and nice was the security guard. What other phone service should I look into. Vodafone- what a waste of my time and money. Don’t sign up with Vodafone ever. How can this company exist with such poor service?
I ve made Online Recharge of Rs 509 for Mobile 9833046624 to aruna kadam on 19th february 2018 8 to 12.33.20 AM from my CRIDIT card. Transaction completed and I received sms from bank. But uptill now it has not been credited. I inquired in nearest vodafone and bank and accordingly requesting you to confirm the correct transaction and credit back the amount. Let me start by saying this that for Vodafone security is the least criteria. Few months back i had called up Vodafone helpline number and told them that someone is misusing my personal details. I am in US for last 5 years and i am getting Payment Success emails for 2 mobile numbers 9769494764 and 9769161676. How can i be using these numbers when i am in US, it is clear case of someone acquiring a number using my Name and email id.
What if these 2 numbers are used by some notorious groups/people? How can someone acquire a new number using someone else Name and details? What kind of security verification Vodafone does.
Can someone from Vodafone look into this.
I have requested for converting my Corporate connection to individual connection for which my employer has given consent as per your requirement in their letterhead. When I visited the Vodafone store and submitted the same the letter has been uploaded in your system but no action has been taken. The person sitting in the Store has very little knowledge of the procedure in Chennai. This letter is from Mumbai and in Mumbai I was told that this can be done in Chennai. Please let me know what else is required or should I take the matter to TRAI for non compliance.
On 28th of sept I got a call from an agency regarding converting my connection from prepaid to post paid and was given a good amount of deal.so I agreed and the same night a man came to my house and explained the scheme again which was different from what I was being told ..on arguing he said this can b done and I will give u the scheme which u hav been told about..he took 150? from me and was not responsible enough to give me a receipt of the same cause he was getting late..on asking him again and again he got ready to give me a receipt and said the sim will be activated in a day and said next day I will get a call from Vodafone for verification..On receiving a call from Vodafone again they explained the same scheme which I previouslly was not being told about..so they didn’t verify my details and cut the call..I called them 5 times they weren’t ready to reply properly and till date I have not receieved a call from them nor has my SIM card been activated..Now I do not wish to convert it to post paid..I just need my money back
