I would like to inform you that I had recharged my mobile net in this morning via Transaction ID MU0024038634 and got the confirmation for the with talktme balance of Rs.148.40.
I had made net downloading and not made any call from mobile. But found talktime balance ZERO.
Kindly clarify how it is possible that without making a single call balance became ZERO?
Your earliest reply will be highly appreciated.
Also, I would like to know about the following:

2. How to set SMS setting via USB internet facility?
3. How to find online/SMS USB balance?
4. How to get mobile net balance via mobile?
My Vodaphone Phone No. is 9833980984. Just for your information, I was abroad for about a month and carried the phone with me. Without my request, the line was converted into a Roaming Line and Rs.99 per month was being deducted during the period I was abroad. I returned back to India on 22nd May 2012. After returning I informed Vodaphone Gallery to discontinue the Roaming Facility. Today I received a SMS stating that Rs.99.00 has been deducted from my account and the next deduction would be on 6th July 2012. This is highly absurd as I have already requested for discontinuation of Roaming Facility. When Vodaphone could find out that I was abroad, why can’t Vodaphone find out that I am back in Mumbai. I strongly request Vodaphone to stop deducting Roaming Charges and credit Rs.99.00, dedicted by Vodaphone back to my account.

We have more than 10-15 vodafone prepaid and postpaid connections,
We have opted for vodafone as we had the best network @ our residence
But since the past 2 days , we don’t have any any network, all my clients and friends are complaining that my phone is switched off,even if I have little network I have to step out of the house everytime the phone rings.
I would hereby request you to send your Engineer to our registered address.

I use a vodafone prepaid sim & i use 100 to 200 rs talktime per month.When i check what is my best full talk time recharge offer i always get higher recharge rates like above 300.is it possible that somehow i get smaller full talktime offers like under 100-150?is there other any way?i can provide you my cell no when you reply me on my email.

See the bill for my mobile number 9820485591. You have charge 100 rupees for ISD call, while I have deactivated ISD many years ago.
Few years back, you had sent me the faulty bill of more than 10000 rupees, for my old mobile number 9820202591 (approx. 4 years ago) and forced me to pay that amount. You had mentioned that please pay the bill now and we will investigate your case and will refund the amount (That time you were activated ISD internet facility without my permission or request. Also, my bill credit limit was something around 3000 rupees while you were sent me bill of 10000 rupees.). But, on your request I was paid that amount. After that you were never refunded the amount nor investigated the matter. Thus, I have deactivated that number and also deactivated ISD facility for my another number 9820485591. Now, you have charge 100 rupees for ISD call. I am surprised when & how it is activated again? I have not requested it?
Also, we have never used ISD facility and even if by mistake my child has dialed ISD number it is not supposed to get connected as ISD facility was deactivated.
I am really frustrated by Vodafone fake bills now. It’s not matter of 100 rupees only, in the past I have paid (I would like to say you thief)10000 rupees because of your mistakes….. This time I want justice from you please revise my bill (for mobile number 9820485591), and investigate what is happened and also deactivate mobile internet, ISD facilities.
Otherwise I will not pay this bill and will stop using Vodafone for life time. Also if possible, if you have business ethics, then please check and refund the bill amount for my old number i.e. 9820202591.
