    I have registered my complaint regarding the network 4 -5 times. But until now the problem has not been solved. I have also shown my mobile network settings at the Vodafone store. The officer had also told me to replace the sim. But there is no sim at the store to replace the old one. The service is very poor and unreliable.

    I am trying to talk to the customer care executive since a week, but it says unable to process this time. Having a lot of problem regarding 3g network. It seems that Vodafone is becoming less reliable day by day. Desperate to switch operator.
    Sorry to say…Vodafone service seems less reliable now. Customer care number does not respond. Poor show.

    I have visited your vodafone store 4-5 times because of my sim cards showing blocked. I showed my ID and Address proof to your staff, but due to some silly questions , they are not unblocking my SIM card, if your are not to help your customers then stop the services. I told them close my card i will migrate to BSNL, dont want your third class services. Your staff doesnt know how to communicate with customers. When i visited your store there is no space to sit and they make to wait for a long time. This is my last try to resolve my issue, if it still remains i will migrate to other operator immediately. Many times i called your customer care no but after a long waiting on phone no solution.
