I have been facing network issues with Vodafone quite frequently. The whole of last week i was travelling on official work in Kolkata and to my surprise on landing i did not have any network and for almost a week there was an outage and my number wasnt working. I have been struggling to make the payments as my OTP also does not come through and its the worst network i have experienced. Today when i call the customer care the executive says the application isnt working and I have to call back after 4 hours?? and this is the customer service provided by the so called fastest network providers. I would want to port this to any other network but, not vodafone.
Kindly, have the executives be reasonable when a customer reaches out with an issue for future.

Earlier i was using Tata Docomo prepaid one day a Sales Executive approached me to Port to Vodafone Network with 50/-
Charge for Port with minimum Bill of 149/- Per Month.
Am using from past two months i didn’t get any bill as of now instead i had paid an 200/- on online now they had disconnected my incoming also.

Last Sunday, I have activated my ported Vodafone No. 8801563999 but found that it is not working inside my house but working outside on the streets. I have raised several complaints to Vodafone office at Mehdipatnam and they said it will be resolved in 48 hours. But until now it has not been resolved. My son Sandeep Kumar Debnath who is holding Mobile Nos. 9885569776 and 95811830 is also facing the same problem. since past 10 years, there was no problem of such network issues but since past 15 days it has become very big problem. Please resolve this issue immediately or else we will port these mobile numbers to other mobile company. Your prompt action will be appreciated.
Worst customaer care from vodafone, you will be fed up calling them, don’t buy postpaid from vodafone. I converted prepaid to postpaid , paying 450 every months with no 4G. They are making fake promises to customers. They wont let you allow to port out to other networks. Stay away from vodafone.

I lost my mobile in Train. I asked for duplicate SIM at SRNagar. They told it is under renovation and they asked me to go to KPHP office. There they told that SIMs are over and asked me to go to Pujagutta office. They have given me a SIM after verification of docs and told it will be activated in four hours. Today it is fourth day. Really reckless customer service. I took a USB stick with new sim and that sim was already activated after verification. Now it doesnt work. Now the customer service says they need more time to fully activate it. It has been over 5 days already.

Today I called 9885098850 as my USB stick(K3770) was not responding from morning the info given was that I should have called from a postpaid connection to get connected to postpaid department to sort this out. I made the call from my postpaid airtel number. I was put on hold for long and made more than three calls, all in vain, finally by 4-30 got sorted out.
Initially I was provided with a SIM, which was not working and provided with a new one as the earlier one was a Mumbai connection (8886154694) from Gachibowli Vodafone store. Again next month want to cancel the Games package,which got activated by mistake the whole SIM was deactivated and was asked to get the USB stick to the store. Please look into these issues. It seems really baseless

i blocked my mobile due to loss of my mobile phone, and i approached your vodaphone S R nagar store for activation of my blocked card on 5th Aug’11 along with the supportings and the executive in express section gave me an application after verifying the supporting document and i paid Rs 25/- for collection of SIM the executive said that with in 4 hours your phone will be activated, but till now my phone is not activated, i called to customer care from other phone they said we dont have the data regarding this you need to contact vodaphone store they will help you. my concern is how many times i need to visit the store for one problem. i am requesting you to please solve customers problems at one visit. otherwise your customers will convert to other networks

I am an Airtel customer from Hyderabad using Airtel mobile connection and I had opted to change from AirTel to Vodafone, from Airtel my mobile number is ported successfully one week back but at Vodafone center the customer care people are telling that the number is not yet ported and because of this my mobile services are not activated. Customer care at Vodafone is asking to contact AirTel Customer Care and at AirTel they are saying that the number is already ported hence you have to contact Vodafone only. This is not the services I had expected from Vodafone.
After AirTel ported my number, services of Airtel are disabled one week back, now I am in a position neither I am on Airtel network or on Vodafone network.

Recently, your sales excecutives came to my office and offered me a corporate connection. At that time they said that this was a Rs.99/- plan ,free SIM and minimum bill Rs. 120/- only. I was very impressed and took 2 SIMs. I also asked for a fancy number. On 02/06/2011 someone came for verification and without my consent they alloted me some number. I dont like the number at all. They said I could reject if I dont like the number. Now shockingly I have got a call stating that there is a due of Rs.936/-. I have never used that much. Why should I pay this amount. It is very confusing.

you should have been careful while taking multiple SIMs..I suggest you visit the local office and sort everything out..
