I am sorry to inform you that I had applied for postpaid new mobile connection bearing No.xxat ‘NUH’ Vodafone centre looking after by Mr. Liyakat on 11 May 2016 but the same not yet activated. I have spoken to Vodafone staff many times and every time they assure me that the same will be activated shortly. I also got message from your VH-VFCARE that your connection will be activated shortly subject to verification. I have spoken to Mr. Liyakat on daily basis but many times he pick up the phone most of the time he did not pick up the phone. I have three connection of Airtel but I totally fed up from your company.
On 02 Oct 2012 at 09.03AM I activated Data Pack 6 which was valid till 03 Oct 2012 as per SMS recd from Vodafone and I used the pack till 03 Oct 2012 at 07,30AM. On 03 Oct 2012 at 02.52PM I received a SMS from VODAFONE that ” YOUR ALTERNET TARIFF SUBS HAS JUST BEEN EXTENDED FOR ANOTHER 1 DAY” and Rs 11.00 has been debited from my account without any information to me which was incorrect. After this I lodge a complaint on 04 Oct 2012 regarding wrongly debited of Rs 11.00 on account of Data Pack 6 . After lodging the complaint I received a call on 04 Oct 2012 at 02.33PM from Haryana Vodacare (Mob No 9813090715) she asked me regarding my complaint then she told me that data pack is auto renewal hence you are requested to SEND A MSG CAN VL TO 144 FOR CANCEL THE SAME. I send the same msg to 144 at 02.38PM on 04 Oct 2012 and I received a confirmation msg from 144 that request service will be deactivated after this my internet connection deactivated at about 1530 hrs on 04 Oct 2012. After deactivation of my Internet connection Rs 11.00 has regularly debited from my account as per details given below which is incorrect as the NO INTERNET CONNECTION IS AVAILABLE ON MY MOBILE NO xx since 03 Oct 2012 to till date. My name is ravi kumar. I used that number around 1.5 months. But i got many complaints. I requested customer care to solve that problems. But finally every time no solution.
One of the example i am sharing with you: I requested not to send hard copy of bill at my residence address. I sent request 3 times through SMS, but that time no activation. finally i descussed this problem at customer care. he finally said ok it will be activated within 24 hours. that time also not activated.
After so much waiting i visited Vodafone care at Rewari. I met there one representative. He said it is not possible at their end, it can be actived through SMS.
I requested him to stop my services on vodafone. He refused and said ” number can not be stopped before 3 months”
I Faced a very bad experience from vodafone haryana.. I made payment more than my use at that time and i through that sim card after break it.
But now vodafone haryana person are making me mentally disturb… they are calling me many times and forcing me to pay the bill & abusing even after paying more than my usage.
may i know why vodafone can’t stop servises before 3 months.. it means every customer have to bear bad servises and can not stop number before 3 months..but I can not pay rent for the days for which i not used the servises.. I have already paid payment more than my use.
Please look into the matter and solve this problem at your end.

Ravi, rules are rules..it usually takes 3 months..if you are not happy with the service, I suggest you move to a different service provider.
