    Hello Team,

    I have been a Vodafone postpaid customer for 2 years or more my Vodafone number is xx but recently I am not at all happy with the service especially with customer care as either they are not understanding my queries or are not helping in the proper way.
    First of all, I was not even given a notice stating that my billing cycle will be changed from 10th of every month to 14th first, I was furious as I think at least informing customer is required. I complained to customer care and they said it’s been done for everyone and I was like OK fine no issues.

    Then when the bills came, in the first page itself there was mistake the billing period was mentioned wrong and worst part is now I received my Vodafone bill few days back and I saw that I have still had to pay my last month bill also which was pending and I didn’t notice that just due to the error of my billing period I was not sent the bill in march due to which I have to pay now 2 month bills altogether.

    One more thing according to my tariff plan I am eligible for 200 MB of data and I have activated 155 internet pack which gives me 1 GB, 2G data for 30 days, so in all I should get 1.2 GB of free Internet, but if you can check my last 2 detailed bills on ‘page 3’ of bill you can notice in the last section in Mobile internet charges section I have been charged for some MB’s , I know it’s hardly any amount, but why to even charge without any reason, and it looks like that you have millions of postpaid customers, and if you start billing them even such small amount imagine where the amount will come up, I am writing this because since last 2 bills I am seeing such charges.

    I am having a T Mobile of Motorola with android. I am a prepaid customer. Currently, I have subscribed to plan of 147 – 2 GB.

    I have an ASUS tablet compatible to internet. I would like to avail internet on my tablet with my phone as modem so that I can have connectivity anywhere.

    Good Afternoon to you,

    My self Kapil Vaja from Ahmedabad. I am using Vodafone CUG GSRTC Post Paid Connection.

    I am facing problem since more than a month. I have registered a complaint via Customer care but I didnt get much good response from your side. Apart from that I am facing continuously network problem while talking with my family member at Rajkot (Gujarat). My mobile number is xx, and especially network problem arise at my Rajkot residence. As I left the home network problem gets solved. So kindly requesting you that please do the needful for the same.

    As per your customer care executive instruction 1) I have changed my mobile I have spend 5000 rupees.

    Second time he has told me that change the card so have reissue new sim card and finally they agree that problem is due to network.

    So I spend much time to solve this network problem but the issue is still pending from your side.

    Anyway as i am using Vodafone prepaid service since 2005 but since a month I have been facing very serious problem in my postpaid connection regarding network I am unable to talk more than 1 min.constantly with my family members as I have to cut the phone and again reconnect many times. (Uninor and Tata Docomo Network is much better in my home as compared to Vodafone).

    I am using Vodafone Dongle. I recharged for 1250 Rs for 3 G package. From last weeks after 12 am in night I cant access net properly. I am not getting 3G speed as well. So many complaints have been done, but no call is received as a response. Sometime back the call center took 20 mins to get my details. What poor service is this.
