I have registered a complaint several times, Firstly i went to your service Center they told to speak with customer care again i spoken with customer care they told to drop a mail for the mail ID received through SMS. I have taken a new Vodafone Pre-paid connection and submitted all the required documents. I had contacted to Customer care (111) several times for activating the Internet & GPRS services and for that I paid Rs. 98/- as per plan. In customer care centre, they are simply keeping my call in hanging mode saying that ‘we are checking’ and doing nothing.
