    sir i have recharged 3 times to set my caller tune but you have taken 15 rs to set a caller tune …still waiting for my new caller tune..nothing received

    Sir,
    I have taken a new Vodafone Pre-paid connection and submitted all the required documents. I had contacted to Customer care (111) several times for activating the Internet & GPRS services and for that I paid Rs. 98/- as per plan. In customer care centre, they are simply keeping my call in hanging mode saying that ‘we are checking’ and doing nothing.
