I write this comment to express my sincere thanks and deep appreciation to one of Vodafone’s customer care executives located in your Bannerghetta Road, Bangalore branch and his name is Mr Uday. After making and failing in my several attempts with one of your competitors to obtain a post paid wifi connection (I would have spent almost 5 days by following up personally with their offices in Bannerghetta Road and calling their customer care contact, yesterday I visited your Bannerghetta Road branch and met Mr Uday. He promptly assisted in providing connection almost immediately after collecting all the documents. Mr Uday came to my house personally and completed personally and ensured to collect all the required documents and got the connection activated. His attitude towards customers was very praiseworthy and I would like to thank him for the services rendered and also Vodfone for employing highly motivated staff. Though I do not have an opportunity to deal with Vodfone as I have been a loyal customer of your competitor for the past several years, I have decided to switch my loyalty to Vodfone with the kind of services Mr Uday has provided to me. I am sure Vodfone will continue to motivate to outstanding staff like Mr Uday as any organization is known for the kind of people it employs. Even I noted that the security guard at the outlet was very helpful. From morning I m unable to make calls from my mobile. I checked out in settings ñ I switched off and switch on many times but couldn’t find the problem…I cannot give a call to customer care also kindly help me out with this problem
I had deposited 10000/- for international roaming & deactivated on August 2018 end & raised request to refund the amount but its more than 6 months they are not returning my amount. I do follow up regularly but nothing happening. I fall into trap. Now i don’t think i will get my amount back
This is Praveen from Bangalore. I’ve a prepaid mobile number. Few months back I’ve ported my number from Airtel to Vodafone. I had a plan of 30p/min and message free in Vodafone. Now they have disconnected the offer and even customer care people are not receiving the call. So I decided to port my number.
I am using a vodafone number for last 7 yrs. I M wanting to update to a better plan because i have too many std and local with sms to be made. For the same I called up their customer care which asked me to write an email to [email protected] on 2nd Feb I was told that they would get back to me in 2 working days, which has not happened yet. I have followed up with them almost everyday but no use. I seriously want to change the service provider for all 3 vodafone connections.
I have problem accessing internet over my samsung galaxy phone. I had lodged a complaint, and when i received a call, the lady from vodafone said tat she has reset the settings and should work in 5 hrs. But I dont see anything happening even after i switched off my phone and reset the settings.
I activated my sim very long back may be 3years back. All of sudden my sim was deactivated for some reason. I want to know why you deactivated without giving any notice or information.
SIM activation takes 7 days. I have not seen such type of worst service of any operator in India
I set the caller tune on 13th March 2012 through SMS. I selected song “Yenu HElabeku” from Kannada movie “Maleyali Joteyali”. But some other song is set . Please correct it . I am not able to call the customer care also. What service you people provide I don’t know . I called some number it went to some other states and I was charged heavily for that . Please do the need full else deactivate and Refund my valuable money .
I didn’t activate international cricket match day pack..but they are deducting money. Daily am getting messages. Tidat they responded to my message at 8 o’ clock. Again at 9.56am they sent a message that i’ll receive full service &i have to deactivate the pack. Please do this asap.
I M Srinivasulu, am holder of Vodaphone Connection xx. I had submitted an Application for change of my prepaid to post paid on 02-02-2012. I have submitted all the documents . But now I find that my Mobile phone has been disconnected; it shows as invalid sim ,the recorded voice saying that Services not available??? Kindly rectify the Problem

For the past week I have been getting unnecessary promotional messages and calls which were not there earlier. Why this sudden change…..Request u to kindly stop this unwanted promotional calls and messages immediately.
I am Pushpaltha, using vodafone network. I activated GPRS in my samsung mobile and i want to konw the details about how to connect internet on it,
and also internet connection between mobile to PC. I made a call to customer care but there is no response from them, if its possible please inform me as soon as possible.

I am unable to make calls or send sms..and my account balance is close to 200rs.I have been using this number from past many years, validity is still there, had checked it just few dayz back while recharging. what should i do now:( please help,i need to make important calls.
This is inform you that we never make ISD calls .Please verify bill dated 12-12-11 bill no.xx. If we make give that ISD number otherwise we take legal action against this issue.
Once again we request please verify the history and reverse the amount .

from last few days there is a problem with my network,whenever i call anyone the network disappears,i have talked to customer care more then 10 times,have everything that they have asked me to do,even got a duplicate sim,but i still have the same problem,this is very irritating,will some senior look into my problem and resolve it soon OR ELSE I WILL BE FORCED TO CHANGE MY CONNECTION
