Two days ago i purchased a videocon magnum plus 32inch lcd VAM32HBB – FLA. But i dont know the features and technical specification. I have registered the complaint GHA0404120173 on 4th april 2012 regarding my AC which is in warranty and is non functional. One of your engineer made a visit and said that the gas needs to be refilled and someoneone will come very next day to do so.
I received the message with number of Mr Saroj. He did not turn up next day and his mobile was switched off. We contacted Customer care and got a robotic reply that we have forwarded your request and will be attended in 24 hours. The next day I could manage to connect to Mr Sarojs mobile and he told me to contact customer care as he don’t have any complaint with him. Again I tried customer care and got the same reply “We have forwarded your request and problem will be resolved in few hours” but till now no information or visit has been made. Your customer care also gave me one mobile number- 8860616911 but this number is also switched off today.

I recently purchase a Kelvinator air conditioner. Your company technician is not visiting my house despite several complaints. Even they are not lifting the telephone. We have been deceived for buying a product of a reputed brand such as yours.
I have purchased Videocon Air Conditioner (AC) from NEXT, Vikaspuri, I have lodged this complaint on 16th and 20th of June vide complaint No. DEL1606120042 & DEL2006121060 respectively, Your Engineer Mr. Gyan Singh came on both the dates, filled the gas but on both the occasion it lasted for 12 Hours Only, Your Engineer never bothered to see the problem of leakage at all , as he came at 8:00PM.
That my Problem is still unsolved, but your service centre is always sending me SMS on phone that it is closed, I again open it by sending message, they again send SMS, it is ridiculous, it happened 6 times. My product is under 2 Years AMC.
Now it is to be mentioned that your product was having manufacturing defects as even in the warranty period, it went through major repair thrice within a year of purchase, 1st repair was within 2 months of purchase, due to this reason we purchased two years of AMC before expiry of my warranty period.
That now I am sorry to state that I was wrong to purchase Videocon A.C, after seeing such a pathetic state of services, I am forced to warn you, that I will lodge a complaint in the Consumer Redressal FORUM at Janakpuri, New Delhi if either my AC is fully repaired or replaced within 12 Hours, and if it is taken for repair to Service Centre than I should get replacement Split Air conditioner till it is fully repaired.

Unfortunately the picture clarity is very poor and there is a big drop point of light shown right side of the screen. I have already requested to fix the aforesaid problem to BBSR customer care executive.

I purchased a washing machine on the 14th February 2011. After 7 days the dryer of the machine started creating problem..your engineer came to repair it many times. He even changed the part but the problem continues. Right now I am leaving in East vinod Nagar & again gave placed complaint about the drier and now your engineer is saying that I have to pay Rs. 1000/- to repair the drier because previous engineer has fixed the broken shaft in the machine which is creating this problem. As the machine is under warranty period & your engineer has done the fault, I demand a service without charges.
I bought a Videocon LCD on 25th Dec 2010 from Reliance Digital. When i bought the LCD i was told it has 3 years warranty and i also saw the 3 years warranty sticker in the LCD which was in display. The LCD was delivered to my place and then i called the number given to me for installation, the service engineer came and installed and left and i got hold of the users manual from the box.
Today after 2 years when i had a problem in my LCD i called Videocon for assistance they registered my complaint and sent a service engg. The service engg. says that i should have an extended warranty card to avail the 3 year warranty sticker stuck on the LCD panel. So i have to pay in order to get my LCD fixed as it is 2 years from date of purchase. I feel cheated as the LCD says 3 years warranty with a sticker on it and when I need to avail the warranty I am not getting it. At the end i am not getting service from Videocon.
This is a very bad experience and i will never go for any other Videocon products in future.

Recently i have bought tablet videocon vt71 but it is not working properly. I have tried many times to contact customer care but no proper reply from the Videocon customer service.

I registered a complain for My LED as on 13/10/2016, (AHM1310160491) after that an executive came to my home to diagnosis the problem, then he asked for Rs. 2350/- for service charge, I told him that my unit is still under warranty, he replied though you have to pay Rs. 2350/- for service charge for transportation charge from Ahmedabad to Ahmedabad, I told that we’ll go to service center and will give our unit to service center instead of paying Rs. 2350/-.
After that we went to Service center which is located In Saraspur, Ahmedabad named Advance Care, the executive said us that we have to submit the TV unit at service center for repairing, and we did the same.
after looking so many days of waiting I called to service center to know about status of my TV Unit, that time one of the executive replied that My Unit is not reparable and it is company’s responsibility to provide a New Unit to you, but for that we have to take Unit back at our home. and again we did the same.
then I called so many persons to get solution of my complain (Mr. Suraj, (8140966366) Mr. Manoj Verma, (8140588818) and Mr. Ketan (7046011134)) but every person took long time to solve the complain.
finally As on 19-11-2016 they send a tv unit (VMA40FH11XAW) at my home without tell me description we opened a unit and we found that the Unit is 39 Inches (99cm) and my Unit is 40 Inch (102cm) so how can I replace my Unit, I sent them back without receiving unit. the I called again again above mentioned person but still they unable to solve my complain and some of the member did not pick up my call.
so please make proper policy regarding solve the query and please replace my unit as early as possible.

My defaulted TV set has been in your service custody for over 3 months now for repair. i got it repaired three months before, but the same problem has recurred. I have restlessly been following up with thw customer care executives but they don’t seem to be taking me seriously. No executive calls back or responds correctly, they even misbehave or hang up the line in middle. Every time i am asked to wait another 3-4 days. Even today, i have been asked to wait until coming Monday.
This seems to become the protocol to shove away consumers at your organisation. People might be able to expect such things from a local street-side insurance vendor but its extremely disappointing & unprofessional coming from such a large company like yours. Consumers, after all, invest in the name earned of the company but with my case, it seems to be totally vanishing in the drain.
I request you to please resolve my issue or at least convey the correct situation & a viable/feasible delivery date. In case my problem isn’t resolved in a day or two, I’ll only be forced to invite intervention from the Consumer court.

I have logged complaint on First week of August(COC1108180216), after few days technician visited and informed us.. it was board issue.
Initially Technician refused to register the call due to missing invoice copy, then we have arranged invoice copy and submitted to ASP (veegeecare)..Technician promised us the case will close within two weeks.
Still no one is not responding from ASP, we have visited service center couple of times …they are saying the delay was due to spare parts shortage
We have contacted call center on 10th of Oct 18, customer executive told me that call is cancelled from ASP(Veegeecare) and the reason for cancellation is unknown.
so requesting to have look on this case and resolve the issue at earliest.

I am writing this post to report the faulty service in respect of my Videocon LED TV (model VJU 40-FH-17XAH-DDB) purchased on 16.10.2015 with a five year (3 year initial + 2 year festival warranty). A copy of purchase invoice and newspaper cutting of festival offer is attached as Annx.1 & 2).
Suddenly there has been faults regarding the led display panel of the tv – started in the form of one white line about 4mm wide but now there are two white line running across left side causing a huge viewing inconvenience.
I had registered the complaint customer ID – R K Agarwal Mobile No. 9351966387 (with complaint no. LP5294511910123) with your customer care on 12.10.2019 and after regular follow-ups, they assured me that the replacement part approval has been received on 24.10.2019 and would be replaced or fixed soon. I am disappointed to say that this has not happened till date.
On multiple follow-up with your customer care representative on 25.10.2019 and 02.11.2019, I was compelled to put another complaint on same issue on 06.11.2019 under my name as R K Agarwal Mobile No. . Again, after regular multiple follow-up on 08.11.2019, 18.11.2019, 21.11.2019 and 30.11.2019 and including two time visitation charges of Rs. 500/- paid to your technician, it was informed that the replacement part approval has been received on 11.12.2019 and would be replaced soon.
I am exceedingly displeased with both the quality of product as well as the poor service I have received since past one year. I have been a fond consumer of Videocon products until now when I have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centers. Now buying Videocon products seems like a very big mistake.
So I request you to replace the defective part of my LED TV as it stands within the stipulated warranty period. Please see to it that you are actually taking measure to fix the problems and replace the defective part before the expiry of warranty period on 16.10.2020 and not just make false claims.
