Do not use them to book concerts. They do not respond, online robot chats just waste your time asking all questions and they finally say live agents not available . They do not have any contact number that works so you can’t resolve any ticket issues. Worst experience ever.
Can one of your Directors please contact us at The Ship Inn Rochester as a man by the name of Pete Stevens claims to be the Director of Ticketmaster and has booked for 40 people for lunch this Sunday and wanting them to have £20.00 per head for drinks and has assured us he would drop in the £ 2000.00 first of all yesterday then when we contacted him today on the mobile no we have for him he assured us it would be with us today by 12 noon. We have his picture on CCTV and his Mobile no. Can you please get one of the Directors to contact us before we contact the Police?
