Good morning,i had a problem with your staff at islamabad airport last april 2011.I made a complaint and was responsed with ref xx.Now again this coming nov 21.2011 i m travelling from manila to islamabad via bangkok and i wrote twice at customer@thaiairways.com but nobody is addressing my concern.
