I see there is a transit of over 12 hours. while in transit can we go out of the airport & spend some time outside & get back in time for the next flight?

I have been trying to reach your offices for 45 minutes at the number posted on your website, to no avail. It is urgent and will affect my luggage upon reaching the ticket counter. I will have at least 4 pieces, maybe 5, as I have a new assignment in the Maldives. I want to be very sure the excess baggage is not a problem and each piece will only require an added fee. Please respond ASAP. Thank you.

As in the past I have tried without success to call reservations in Bangkok to book some tickets to Colombo. I do this annually and always end up booking and travelling with Cathay as Sri Lankan airlines never picks up the phone or the line just disconnects. You would think that in this day and age a direct booking from a customer might mean something to a company as they are not paying out a commission to an Agency, but no, instead of hiring someone to answer the phones they loose my business again.

I would like to book a ticket round trip from Bangkok to Beijing , Beijing to Thailand (int airport) for 2 adult ( thai resident) and one way for 2 kids ( 11 months and 2.9 years old). My trip is around ( don’t fix the date yet) 15 Dec’2012 but the problem is I can’t find the price for the open ticket in e-booking. How i can pay for the ticket if i don’t have credit card?

I would like to ask you a question if the luggage should not exceed 32 kg. If I have more than 32 kg. how much does it cost? Can you please suggest me about the extra luggage, what is the best and cheapest way to do? At last I would like to confirm my flight and my code is IFCMGB from Bkk to France, Papangkorn Kongmanwatana. Many thanks.

Hi I have tried to call you several times but without success.

I have made the reservation via the internet including made a payment by credit card (booking reference JGA4C6). I already received the E-ticket, however, after making a payment, the website is shown “incomplete booking”. Please confirm my reservation asap as I have received sms from the bank that they already charged for my air tickets in USD currency.

I look forward to hearing from you asap.

    Thanks

I want to keep the out bound portion of my ticket the same… In my confirmation it said first change is free, can you let me know if there is availability? Thanks

There are two charges on my American Express card. One charge posted 5 Decmeber 2011 for $ 1,520 is correct for 2 passengers traveling to Colombo from Bangkok on 28 December (Booking Reference JLPKT) and the second charge for $ 703.00 is incorrect and should be removed please remove this charge of $ 703.00 by submitting a credit for $ 703.00to my American Express account.

I have a return ticket and would like to reschedule it to 5 or 6 days ahead.
What is the cost of having these changes. pla advise…

usually that depends on the seat availability and accordingly you will have to pay the fare differences..sometimes it can be more or even less..just visit the website to get more details..

How can I make a complaint on baggage? Should I write an email? or can I call the customer support

    • John Eyre Reply

I also have a question about baggage that’s been outstanding since Sept 2010. My small claim for a refund of expenses I incurred when my baggage was delayed was, accepted but since then all I get from customer care is repeated failures to reply to all my correspondence about how to pay it to me. It seems to be very difficult to contact Sri Lankan and have any sort of meaningful dialogue with them.

    Hello there,
Next April my family and I are returning from Thailand to live in the UK, and we are thinking of flying Bangkok-London with Srilankan Airlines. If we stopover in Srilanka for a few days will the price of the flight still be the same ?
    Regards,
    Tony Rigby
