    Good morning, my wife and I travelled to Singapore from Sydney on 5/10/17, returning on 9/10/17. Our flight a morning departure was effortless at booking and during the flight. Staff on ground and in the air were impeccable as well as my food request. To top off my return we were presented with a beautiful birthday cake for my 80th birthday which occurred on our flight home.

    Good Day,
    1: I have a flight booked on 30 January from Sydney-Kingsford Smith to Cape Town South Africa on SQ 242, this is an International flight , I wish to know what my international luggage weight needs to be per bag. I am travelling Economy class.
    2: Could I upgrade to Premium Economy as I need leg space due to previous knee surgery.

    Flight no:SQ221. Paris to Sydney.
    On arrival on the 02/08/15 in International terminal T1 Mascot Sydney we discover that 2 of my luggage in transit were Damaged.
    I want to find out how I can claim for these damages.

    I am returning to London Heathrow via Singapore on the 25th March flight SQ 242 departing 19.10 and then from Singapore to London 26th March 2015 arriving 00.15 Departing for Heathrow 01.15 and wondered if it would be possible to arrange earlier flights from the 12th March onward would be OK. I would prefer if it is possible to still have the same or similar seats? I would be grateful if you could let me know. Thank you, Kind Regards, Lesley

    -Hi! I travelled with Singapore Airlines last week from Hanoi to Sydney, going through Singapore one way.
    -The tickets were purchased a few months back.
    -I registered a few weeks ago with KRISFLYER frequent flyer program, prior to my flight.
    -Can I add my miles to my KRISFLYER account?
    -I’ve been looking on-line but I cant find it.
    -I’ve been trying to contact SIA, but its always a playback.

    I would like to pay for 2 flight for my parents from overseas , with my credit card in sydney. Can it be done though your office in Sydney? I do realise that if I do it online, my parents will be asked to show the credit card while checking in at the airport, which couldn’t not be done as I will not be with them.

    I have a damage claim reported at Manzies Aviation Group at Schiphol Amsterdam Airport on 27NOV11. File reference : AMSSQ13988/27NOV11/0613GMT.

    The handler said I have to solve it further with Singapore Airlines through the internet. Can not find an link to this matter. Could you help me?
