I hate Singapore airlines. They bumped from a flight that resulted in a 16 hour lay over in Singapore airport. No hotel accommodation, no compensation. I asked for a two day stay in Singapore instead, so that I could visit the city but they said I have to pay change fee and the difference in the fare. It was not my fault that they bumped me when I had a confirmed reservation but still they acted as if I am begging them. I will never travel with them.

    Hello Baggage Service desk,

My baggage was intentionally held back by Singapore Airlines as i was told that flight connect time is very short. I was promised a delivery of bag the very next day but till now no is responding on the number provided by Airlines Service desk.
Please help in obtaining my baggage.
    – I would like to recommend you that you should not entertain such tight connections
    – Your team should not harass passengers by not not providing them with baggage.

I wanted to know if your airlines will be able to provide me an open ticket from SFO to New Delhi and the fare for it. Or if you can connect me with someone who can help me with the reservation I would appreciate it very much.

Just to make my self clear on the kind of open ticket I mean is a ticket to travel within this year without knowing the exact dates.

    Thank you.

    dear Sir/madam,

My family arrived in San Francisco international airport today (Dec 21) via SQ16 coming from Singapore through Seoul. I believe we overlooked and left behind one of our luggage in the belt / luggage claim area. Please advise how we can retrieve this, the luggage claim tag is with me.
