    I book my ticket online but while filling up my flight detail and my credit card number, without asking my pin it was charge in my credit card. I dont even have my flight detail. Please help me retrieved my flight flight ticket. In my mobile it appears 6:30pm but i was doing the transaction at 10:30 pm. Please help

    I tried to book ticket online via your website to travel from Colombo to Perth for me, my wife and our baby ( 1years 5 month).But when I tried to select the seats it is not allowing me to select seats and message come’ “We are unable to process your request. Please try again later or contact your local Singapore Airlines office.”
    So please advise how I could proceed further

    My brother is coming from Singapore (through Singapore Airlines) to Dubai on 10th November 2012. Please let me know if it requires “Ok to Board” message as he is coming on tourist visa.

    Good day! My wife and I are going for holiday this coming May 9 by a Singapore Airlines bound to Manila Philippines. We decided to stop over and stay for 3 days in Singapore. My only concern is my passport is already expired last February this year but I applied for an extension so atleast I could be able to travel, so it was extended till August of 2013. Will this extension be acknowledge by Singapore Immigration? or will it cost me some issue regarding the matter and won’t be able me to enter the country? Hope for your quick reply. Thanks a lot..

    I made my booking including my payment details but after pressing conitnue, I got this message, “System Error has occurred”. Did my booking go through and my credit card charged? I’ve booked for Dec. 2 flight SQ 495 and SQ 921 TO Manila.
