    I have been traveling from Sri Lanka to New Zealand once a year for a long time. i am a member of Krisflyer too. I have to wait a long wait on transit at Singapore (12 hours) nearly 1/2 a day. Can you please let me know do you provide hotel facility or any other benefits for the long await or can you please advice me whether there is any possibility of reducing the transit hours.

    Though I have lodged my complain on my loss of luggage during a journey from Colombo to Beijing on 02nd July 2012 and received a File Reference No.PEKSQ 18332, so far I did not get any response from any authority of the Singapore Airlines even in Singapore Office in Colombo, Sri Lanka. I am still awaiting for your response!

    Need to contact reservation to ask about how wheel chair assistance work.
    This is urgent. have tried all the numbers on this page , but none of them work. very disapointing. I have made these calls from overseas, and it cost me but wiyhout any results.

    Pls let me know by email or provide me a correct number that i can talk to someone in CMB.

    I would like to take this opportunity thank Mrs. Manori Suriyabandara for the excellent service given to us ( My / self & daughter) on 30th of July 2012 when we flew to Singapore on SQ469.
    We are very frequent travelers on business class. But always there had been never ending issues with our seating arrangements. We always prefer the front row window / aisle & aisle mainly because of our 07 year old daughter. All the time the front row on Business class has been empty and even on request we were not given from this end and even from Singapore end. It has been highly disappointing. But this time Ms. Manori came to our help and she gave us the best she could offer. I will mention our Krisflyer Numbers so that you see how often we fly on SQ…..But our request are never been fulfilled. Hope for the best in the future with our seating arrangements.

    Im from sri lanka, and i happen to have a desktop computer which i would like to take with me to New zealand. The computer will be disassembled and there are two LCD monitors,harddisk and some circuit boards to carry. How will SIA allow me to cope with this matter..

    I’m a software engineer and i will be departing to New Zealand for a long time. My desktop computer is very very important for me to carry.

    is it allowed to carry such goods, will i be charged more,— Kindly advice regarding everything i should be aware regarding this!!! thank you!

    My boy friend from kuwait is travelling through Sri Lanka Airlines going to Singapore. First he will stop at colombo but i dont know which terminal?

      Colombo has got only one terminal, so no worries.. The Sri lankan ground staff will be more than happy to assist your bf on his transit in Colombo.

    i am leaving sri lanka on 4th january for masters degree for one year period at seoul,korea.my e-ticket no.is 6185375090287.flight nos are SQ469 from colombo and SQ016 from singapore.i have been allowed only 20kgs for the baggage.could you allow any additional kgs for me because i am going there for one year period.your early reply is very much appreciated.jayasundara.

    from 1/1/12 to 19/1/12. I have still not
