Kept calling Qatar Airways Singapore office number for many days – never got any reply (only music on hold) – this brings total disrepute and brand damage to claims about Qatar Airways being a premium airline – please look at Singapore Airlines or Emirates to understand what needs to be done!
Terrible customer experience with Qatar office in Singapore!!!
This is a complaint about Qatar Airways service.Yesterday 11 January 2016 we made 6 business class and 2 economy class bookings for flights to London and return flights to Singapore.To our dismay we discovered that only two of the 6 business class bookings were on a flights back from Doha at 2am and the remaining four tickets at 7 a.m. a wait time of 7 hours instead of three hours. even though my booking was made an hour earlier than the two tickets that were given flights out of Doha at 2.p.m or thereabouts. Therefore I rang Qatar office in Singapore to see if all 6 business class tickets could be brought forward to the 2pm flight. The service I received was not satisfactory. I was given the reply that the computer system is such that there is nothing that could be done about the problem. No positive feed-back was given to me at all.Whether we could be brought up earlier when cancellations arise . After all the flight is not till 30 August 2016.This is most disappointing as I was under the impression that Qatar Service is good. 5 Star etc. Voted best business class Airline in the world. The help I received is most disappointing. and I sure wish Management would receive this feed-back positively to help us with this problem.Furthermore your website is not even updated to the latest address of Qatar in Singapore. I believe itis no longer at the Paragon but at Church Street!!Perhaps you could enlighten me on this. Also it took a long time to get through the service line to seek help.The booking references are :8MGJZC, 8ME ABR, 8MGKZC, 8MKB66.Hope to receive a reply soon to reflect a better level of service. Disappointed customer.
I understand from a friend of mine that we are entitled to a STOPOVER ACCOMMODATION
if the waiting time (for transfer) is above 8 hrs (our Transfer time is 13.5 hrs).
Do we need to arrange the same with the Singapore Office, or Upon arrival (at DOHA) there will be a pick-up for the one night accommodation?

I have been trying to call qatar airways office for two weeks now- I have literally been calling every day at least 5 times a day. It seems that your office does not even exist since no one has answered my call so far. You don’t even have an email address. Is there any way a customer can get in touch with you?
I need to information on master card verification for purchesed tickets. At the airport i was told that i need to contact reservation office in Singapore. But you only have automatic voicemail and not a real person working there. It is impossible that after 20 hours of calling you no one picks up!

Recently we took Qatar airlines from SIN-BCN transit in DOHA. The flight SIN-DOH was delayed and ruined our whole trip cause missed our connecting flight, baggage, and missed our cruise ship in Barcelona. We did send a written feedback in DOHA to find the possibility on how Qatar could compensate our loss.
Tried calling the hotline but no one pick up my call despite 15 mins of waiting for an agent to answer my call.
In the end, the call was terminated by Qatar side, reason being no agent is free to take my call.
My query:
I’m planning on taking Qatar Flight QR643 from Sin to JFK on 29/12/11 @21:05 with a 8h 10 mins of transit at Doha Airport before the next Qatar Flight QR083 @ 8am the following morning on 30/12/11. In such situation with long overnight transit duration, does Qatar Airways provide us the passengers with free accommodation in the airport, etc?

usually airlines provide accomodation if stop over is over 8 hrs..in any case you should call up again to confirm a hotel accomodation

Been trying to get an agent on the phone by dialing the SG office but to no avail. Thus, had to find out more via this mode before I book my tickets.

If you fly business class, there are sleeper lounges at one side of the lounge.
If you fly Economy, there are plastic chairs and a canteen..
If you fly First Class, there is a massage table and a jacuzzi among other amenities. Do the stop over. Leave the airport..

i just booked a flight for me and my wife. i paid thru my card and filled in the correct information.
the ticket was issued electronically,but when i checked the payment details, it was my wife’s name that was reflected though it was my card that was used. i checked that they will check the card that was used for the purchase and im sure they will question why its my wife’s name on the card and not mine. can this be adjusted electronically?

I will take flight from Zurich to Singapore on 14Oct, and will make connection at Doha at 12am and next flight back to Singapore at 7am. This means we will have 6~7hrs at Doha airport, is there any free lounge provided or any discount price to access the airport lounge?
