    I traveled from Entebbe to Kuala Lumpur on the 03rd/6/2012, on arrival in Doha to my dismay the flight became full then i missed my actual flight QR624/04 at 1:20Am so i had to wait till 8Am in order to travel to KLIA using QR 622.Therefore i write to claim for my compensation as stated according to Qatar regulations.am looking forward to hear from you.

    My mother is here in kl to visit me from Sweden. She left to Malaysia 16nov and today she was to fly to Bali, but at the counter they refused to let her fly due to her passport expires 14maj, meaning she has less than six months left of her passport. Now my question is, why did not the counter in stockholm inform my 68 yr old mother that her passport is useless to use? Now this has ruined her trip of her lifetime. Thanks,

    i have booking confirmation on my reward ticket and has requested to email my eticket but until today have not received the eticket. my travel date is on 27 nov 2011. I tried calling Qatar office in Kuala Lumpur many times but failed to get any reply as per one of the emails above. Please advice how can i get my e ticket.

    I have already decided to buy a ticket from your airline.I should mention that I am going to buy a round trip ticket from KL to Shiraz( Iran).Last night when I was visiting your website, I realized that the transit times are more than 10 hours. That is why I am sending you this message to ask you, there are any hotels included the ticket or not(I mean inside the Doha airport) as I cant go outside the airport and also I have to stay there more than 10 hours. Kindly enlighten me what I should do

    On Oct 2010,I have booked an air ticket for my son to Zurich for ice skating competition on 22 Dec 2010. Unfortunately he was admitted to hospital. I have called your Malaysia office and cancelled the booking. I was told that the ticket is open and we can reschedule our time. Last month, I have tried to call your Malaysia Tel:03-21186100 office many time, but failed. The phone system either put me on hold until the line terminated or gave me message that the system facing technical difficulties. I am so lucky once somebody pickup the call and told me to call 03-21186071. Still am finding no help.

    We travelled back from Munich to Kuala Lumpur on14June/0208GMT.On arrival at KLIA,We were told one bag was still in Doha.went to file a report at the baggage department,told to go to 4th floor.went to 4th floor, nobody in.Flight arrived at 8.50am, we were still waiting for someone to appear till 11.30 when we decided to go back.called lost baggage dept and was told the next day bag would arrive. waited whole day,no phone call or bag.bag arrived at 2am on thursday 16thJune.My bag was slightly damaged,chocolate powder in tin burst,cherries from Paris damaged,shampoo spilled, staining my new white blouse ……..now I am so frustrated because I cannot get through Qatar Airways,technical difficulties on 0321186100 and called 87766250/51, nobody is answering the phone. kindly enlighten me what kind of service is this?

      sad it happened, I suggest you visit the Qatar Airways website and place a complaint through the feedback form available on it..you should be able to hear from them soon..
