I and my family, 6 people, travelled from JFK to Bangkok with business class flight QR703 on April 2, 2017. On transit in Doha, our group leaved the plane and rested in Qatar lounge and recognized that we left a shopping bag in the baggage cabin over seat 2E. We went to report the incidence to the PR of the lounge and they tried to contact the lost & gound department which reported that the cleaners on that plane had not found our bag and suggested us to contact [email protected] for further request. I sent an email on April 3 to ask them to investigate this issue without any response, so I resend another email on April 8 and still have not received any response.

Is this the standard SOP of your airline in response to complaint of business class passengers? We’re very disappointed and will not use your airline in the future.

Dear QR Airways, I flew into Bangkok from Jeddah on 9th April on QR-832. My seat number was 11E. I lost a ring in the flight and brought it to the attention of the cabin crew immediately. It slipped from my hand and was somehow unreachable, they tried to assist several times and then mentioned that they will assist and look for it after the flight landed in Bangkok. Upon Landing they asked me to leave and said the engineer will look for it and maybe it is lost inside the seat. I am following up and I hope that we can locate the ring, as this holds a high sentimental value to me. I was told I will be called, so far no news. The ground crew took my number as well. Please let me know. Thanks Nurshad Ali.

I recently flew to Manchester from Bangkok via Doha.
I reserved my seats by online check in. Only to find I had been allocated a window seat through out the whole journey. When I requested an aisle seat. And to add to my discomfort the seat in front of me where allowed to have their seat leaning back through the whole journey including meals times.
    I suffer from leg cramp.
The rule states all seats must be in an upright position during take off, landing and meal times.

    Hi Team,

My boyfriend (British) and I (Spanish) are flying to Vietnam from Bangkok tomorrow 2nd November 2015. We know that Spanish and British citizens do not need a visa to enter Vietnam, if the stay is less than 15 days and we have out bond ticket. Can you confirm at your earliest if you are aware of this? Many thank in advance. Your prompt response is much appreciated.

On Tuesday 5th August, my partner will hopefully be flying from Bangkok to Barcelona with Qatar Airways. I have purchased her ticket for her using my British Bank Account Visa card. It states on the bottom of her E-ticket that she must produce the Bank card with which the ticket was purchased. This she can not do as I am the card holder. Could you please make the Bangkok check in desk aware of this problem. Details are as follows. :- Mrs Nutcha Kampang. Passport no AA3110940. Booking Ref No 5ECEZY. Ticket No 157-2337720654. Flt No QR 837 to Doha / QR 139 to Barcelona.
Could you please ensure that the Check in desk is aware of this problem. Thanking you. yours Faithfully C. L. Davey

I had booked a flight on the name of Mrs Seery for last Saturday (QR609) to Doha and then from there to Munich (QR3). Return flight QR10 and QR12 for October 28th. Unfortunately we could not cancel the flight via the agent because nobody took the phone. We cancelled the flight on Friday. We got the information that the refund will be managed by the agent. We are still to however confirm whether we cancelled the flight and we will get a refund either by the agent (we have contacted but not got any answer up to now) or by the Qatar Airways. According to international rules we should be refunded at least for the tax part of the total ticket price.

Dear Qr, My wife and I flew into BKK today on QR 614, after having made a connection from ARN. Unfortunately as we arrived and collected bags, we did not pay attention and left 1 bag behind on the carousel at the Airport, tag number xx, which has a identification Harry’s Golf on it. We have been attempting to call several different numbers to contact you with out any answers.
