    I sent a faulty Panasonic electric kettle for repair at the outlet in 8. Jalan Tasek Timur. Taman Tasek Indra.31400 Ipoh. The problem was the thermostat does not light up and not functioning. After a week I was told that the thermostat was faulty and replaced with a new one and tested ok. I was charged RM68.00 I took it back home and found it to be in the same condition as before. I suspect that the thermostat was not replaced and tested at all. I called back the service center and was told to send it back to them again for checking. Can the management shed some light on this and solve my problem once and for all.

    I am at present using 2 Panasonic cordless phones. My problem is I am unable to buy replacement batteries Re-order nr. HHR-P301E/1B for the phones. It would be a pity to discard the phones as they are in good working condition. Please advise where and how can I purchase the batteries.

    I bought these Panasonic Dot Matrix KX1121e printer for my sister in October 2012, After few weeks of usage the printout turn to be very light and blur. I’ve changed the ribbon twice and it is still same. Tried to adjust the printer using software and also followed the manual for trouble shooting but the result is still same. can Panasonic send technician to check the printer. Also is there any chrages for onsite service as the printer is still under warranty. Thamk You

    i bought a panasonic refrigerator, model: NR-BW464XNMY with serial no: 001102335 from WAH lean, simpang ampat,penang in 2010, February.

    They told me that the refrigerator is stainless steel door but now, the door paint is peeling off.How can a reputable brand such as Panasonic be of such poor quality.

    When i refer to Wah Lean, they are avoiding me by saying the warranty period is over.

    I need justice on this matter or i want to take this case to consumer court

    Product was sent properly packed in foam but was returned without any packing, some scratches, and adhesive markings.and rubber fitting missing?
    Panasonic should implement:
    a) a product receipt invoice, showing physical condition, when sent for repair. Dealers should do this.
    Anyway thank you for the repairs, 14 days is OK, heater is fine.
