I bought a panasonic viera 32′ LCD TV in 2010 june.the set turned dead for unknown reasons in 2011 august-sept.the mechanic from the company said that the power supply circuit was damaged.it was repaired but within a month or so the sound system of the LCD set started disturbing off and on.finally,in March 2012,the set totally denied to make a noise, following a dead response.
we lodged a complaint (no.02CEBL27),the mechanic paid a visit and returned back with no positive result. He has not yet contacted us with the required parts that he mentioned was necessary to repair the set.
The dealer insisted us on Panasonic for your reputed products and service.but I am sorry to say my experiences with Panasonic is going to be bitter.if this persists,we would fail to recommend your product to our friends and relatives.
DONT BUY PANASONIC PRODUCTS…the after sales service is pathetic. I gifted a panasonic 32′ LCD TV to some one and the remote does not work plus there is no response from the service centre, I am fed up. Will there be any respone from Panasonic India…I doubt it, customer care of panasonic is a BIG JOKE….. DONT BUY ANY PANASONIC PRODUCTS.
Well i would say Panasonic has the worst after sales services … bought a 32″ fully hd lcd tv in August 2010… logged a complain in the same year… got a replacement in 2 months… then logged a complain in june.. a reminder after 1 month in july .. a new complaint in august (before the date of expiry of warranty.) but still no one has turned up yet ………since August 2011… so one can make out how prompt services they provide…….so guys if u r looking forward to bye a panasonic brand goods .. bye then for sure… if u have a money tree at your home cos the day it has a complaint u have to throw it in a garbage box & get a new one………..
