    1) Details of issue:

Lately my NOKIA LUMIA 530 DS hand-phone touch glass screen got damaged / cracked.
So it is not functioning on touch.

I was able to retrieve documents and photos and save it in the desktop PC.

How to retrieve it and save it in pc or pen drive or to another smart phone.

Can I bring it to the DIGI center in Seremban for assistance as I am from Seremban?

I have just bought a Nokia X7 for my wife as she likes the phone.. On the very same day it started to hang and shut down every time she use it. The next day we when to Garden Nokia Centre in Midvalley as that is where we bought the phone, they told us it was due to the software. They have reinstalled it to the factory setting and said it was good to go.. After an hour while driving back it started to hang and shutdown again.. So we when to 1Utama Nokia Care and had to let them repair it. After 3 days of waiting they told us was the battery and the connection to the battery was faulty.. After picking it up it was all good and nice only knowing it after 3 hours later it all started again..this time more wife is so up sad about it as it was a gift for her on her birthday and she cant even use it. What can nokia do? can they replace a new set for me.?

Recently in December 2012, i went to Japan for my vacation. I brought my Nokia N8 along, it was a 6months old unit. I had trouble with the unit constantly switching off and restarting on its own. And even with the 3G services, I had to do a manual search for network after it restarts to get back online. Sometimes, this works, sometimes it didnt but later on its own it would latch onto a network by itself. I went to the Nokia Authorised Reseller in Mid-Valley Gardens yesterday to enquire. The answer the supervisor told me was shocking news to me. He said that all Nokia handsets sold in Malaysia are Made In China, and are therefore not the same quality as the Nokia handsets made destined for the European or Japanese markets. We should not expect too much as consumers. If this statement is true, then Nokia Malaysia is not being genuine to its customers and I would like to have a refund on my handset. I eagerly await your reply.

    Dear Sir/Madam,
I bought a handphone Nokia X3-02 on 28.11.2010 at Nokia Centre Aeon Bukit Tinggi Klang.
My phone was having bad receiver problem so I called up your service center to repair it as it was still under warranty.
When I read the warranty card serial no xx I was shocked to hear that my h/phone was no longer under warranty. Later I realiazed that my actual handset serial no xx was different from the one on the warranty card.
How is that my handphone serial no and the one on the warranty card does not match.
Kindly do look into the serious matter because I bought the handphone at your Nokia Centre.
